There simply aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe the dining experience at Prestonfield house. From the moment you arrive and are welcomed by gorgeous staff in tartan to the attentive waiters who telepathically know when your cup needs refilling to the totally sublime food cooked and served

My favourite restaurant in Edinburgh. I would eat here every night if I could. Exceptional staff and exquisite food with a wine list fit for royalty......not to mention the beauty and splendour of the building and settings! Fabulous

I felt that Prestonfield was over booked ,and the staff were over worked , we sat for a while before we were served. Alas we were served scones that were really raw inside
