By far the best Starbucks in Edinburgh. Management must be awesome because staff are always friendly. Food is great, (expensive but quality) and the atmosphere upstairs is superb.
Popped in for a white chocolate mocha on way back from Haggerton, plenty of free parking and good shops just over the way.
Quick service.
Toilets available on ground floor.
Popped in for a Hot Chocolate, was served by David who was very efficient and kind and chatty. Great service and cheers for the blether.
Great Place to stop for a coffee b4 you pop in to ikea and Costco as this only 2 min drive from it. Andrew and his team offer a good service
I can't believe how good the coffee is, I'd been ordering from my hometown the same drink but compared to the one in Edinburgh it was bitter brewed old coffee, the Straiton one made it beautifully.

Great spot for a quick coffee break on our road trip. We just had to wait 5 mins on a Saturday morning to get our order. The toilets were decently maintained.
Wonderful experience. I've had takeout coffee from here during lockdown but this is the first time sitting in. Service was quick and efficient, table service with a smile (I presume, masks were worn), and clean and tidy upstairs.
I have discovered the iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and it is fab, and not even heavy on the calories. I didn't sit in this time but I do like to occasionally. This is a nice clean store, good atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Starbucks Straiton is a really good place to relax with a cuppa, the atmosphere is inviting and the staff are all amazing, very friendly. I'm mostly in to take away with my son and am always greeted by a smiling face ☺️thanks guys 🙏keep doing such an amazing job
Unexpectedly crowded on. Saturday morning but guess it's people needing to work. Staff did their best aaand queue was cleared pretty quickly. Got my order right and even my name!🙃👍🏻
I come here on a weekly basis, I live in the area and the staff are normally really nice. Once I didn’t like my drink they replaced it to a different drink for free. I recommend coming in here. And I will continue to come here!
While the door is not wholly assessible, staff will attend to open is they are available. There is a special area identified for assessibility requirements. Staff will provide additional table service when obviously required without being asked, which was an additional delight.
Lovely and really spacious. The light is wonderful as the walls are all windows.
