Beautiful setting and gorgeous food. The sea bream was perfect! We were also huge fans of the chocolate souffle and its rhubarb and ginger ice cream. Excellent service too. Will definitely be going back.
My friend and I came in on a 5pm deal of 3 courses each and a bottle of wine. Very good value for money and the food was lovely with a varied menu to choose from. Staff were few due to absence and illness but the ones we had looked after us well.
Delcious, 3 courses for £20 and I had the squid starter, salmon and garlic potatoes for main and white chocolate brownie with chocolate ice cream for dessert. It was delicious! Excellent service from all the staff with a particular shout out to Laura, Mitchell and Robert. Would go again!!
This place is weird- you can look at the pictures, it's a little too modern. But all that aside, the food was really good, and the wait staff was extremely attentive and friendly, which you'd expect at a place like this.
A great restraunt. Great staff, good prices. We were staying at the Apex City of Edinburgh hotel whuch is where the restraunt is located. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and I could not find a fault with anything. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Robert who we saw a lot of during our stay is a credit to the restraunt/hotel. The quality of the food was excellent with plenty of choice at Breakfast. I can't comment on the price of breakfast as this was part of our stay. The price for lunch/dinner and drinks was very reasonable.
Second visit with my wife and the welcome was fantastic (again). Food and service are second to none. Many thanks to Vinni for his first class service. Very nice to to return to a restaurant and the service and food is as excellent as the first time.
Had dinner here. The food is delicious! Staff are very attentive and there are good deals on 5pm.co.uk to get the best price.
Second time around for fixed price menu...WOW.. Attentive service, first class food presented in 1st class manner... delicious! Compliments to staff and chef...!
Beautiful hotel, right at the Castle. pleasant staff, £10-13 for breakfast a bit much though..

Decent steak and a good service
Es el restaurante del hotel. Pese a que llegué cuando acababan de cerrar la cocina, el camarero me atendió muy amablemente y volvieron a abrir la cocina para mí. La comida estaba muy buena y la sirvieron muy rápidamente. Además el precio es muy razonable, en la línea de otros restaurantes de la zona.
