Beautiful, fresh, tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere, with great service. Our first time there today, and we’ll definitely go back. A nice varied menu, with a few options for vegans and vegetarians. There’s a little bit of a middle-Eastern twist to the dishes but it’s quite subtle. The breads and dips are incredibly tasty too. A good few choices for puddings too - some familiar, some less so. All in all, the food was wonderful and reasonably priced, and accompanied by relaxed, cordial and helpful service. They deserve to have lots of success. Highly recommended.

Finding this vegan friendly gem was a wonderful surprise !! The food is excellent and well presented with a good range of flavours and diverse plates on offer. Certainly a healthier choice with a range of options for those seeking a sit down meal or a quick bite. The drinks menu is vast with a Good selection both hot and cold, with some really good tea and coffee option as well as alcoholic beverages. The seating layout is social and akin to Wagamamas in a lot of ways in terms of space. The actual seats are comfortable and there is even a raised stage area with mats if preferred! I would certainly recommend Ransacked Black Oven to my friends and family, and it was a warm and welcoming experience despite the cold winter storm going on outside!!...

Really friendly staff and excellent customer service! The food is amazing too! Many options for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat eaters! This is their loaded salad with the ginger braised tofu.

Very diverse selection of menu items with lots of delicious vegetarian options but with perfectly cooked meat options as well. All three mains we tried were great! Perfect portion sizes. Seating is almost communal, with several long tables rather than individual tables.

Amazing experience guys! Me and my friend were looking for a place for some wine and good food. Living in Edinburgh you kinda run out of options and we decided to go there last minute. Food was superb and service even better! Especially the wine! Any time!!! The guy with the long blond hair was really lovely! I'll be back again! 😊

Some of the most interesting and tasty dishes to hit my taste buds lately! Yet in a very low-key, relaxed setting. Similar to Rollo in a way, but more adventurous.

Lovely little spot just out of the way. We popped into this place on a desperate hunt for some tasty food. We weren't really sure what to expect but we weren't disappointed. I had the chicken shwarma soul bowl and my husband had the chicken shwarma pizza. Both were delicious! The staff were very friendly also, would definitely recommend 😊

Nice visit, but £12.50 for a vegan salad (ginger tofu and peanut, with like 5 peanuts...) was a bit steep, and even thought the place was pretty dead at 8.30pm on a Friday evening we felt pressured to leave by the staff. Service was okay. Nice enough though, would maybe go again.

Quirky, beautifully designed interior, friendly staff and a distinctive selection of plates. There's Greek cuisine and Indian inspirations as well. A really nice place to expand your horizons!

Amazing food, very tasty and well priced. Felt a little rushed by the staff despite the place not being close to capacity but other than that was a great experience and would recommend.
