Visited with a friend after a recommendation and really enjoyed the hot pot experience. The young waitress was very friendly and explained the whole process of ordering and eating the hot pot. Food was expertly prepared and the broths we chose were topped up several times during the meal. I will return and recommend to anyone in the area. 2 points to note, best to book ahead as it gets busy and they do no accept card payment, cash only
It’s amazing. We had one of the best meals we’ve ever had in Edinburgh (and that’s not an exaggeration).
opening time: 12:00-23:00 everyday
cost: £15.99/person
Pros: The food at the restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of choices and flavorful sauces. The staff is attentive and provided good service. As a fan of Sichuan hot pot, it was a delightful experience to taste it again after not having it for six years. The staff was always prompt in refilling our water and bringing more food whenever we needed it.
Cons: The overall appearance of the place could be improved. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly during our visit on a warm summer day, making it slightly uncomfortable. One significant downside was that the restaurant only accepted cash, and the notification about this was not prominently displayed. We only noticed the small note on the wall when it was time to pay, which was inconvenient and came as a surprise.
A good variety of soup base to choose from. Love the razor clams and scallops! You don’t get these from an all you can eat hotpot in london. Service is very efficient. Remember to book otherwise it’s hard to get a seat at dinner hours.
Amazing place to visit, always been on our list to visit, authentic food and staff with amazing quality! Highly recommended

The most delicious and clean hot pot in Edinburgh. The service was very good as well. But some of my orders of seafood didn’t come. It was the downside. Cash only as well.
Renowned hotpot near Haymarket for Asian people.
The space is limited and always full especially dinner time so better book via telephone.
The menu is various. the sauce stations are pretty interesting especially they have Thai sukiyaki sauce which I love. Of course I’m Thai.
All you can eat but they accept cash only.
Recommended to try if you miss hotpot
Shared an amazing meal here. The portions of meat were generous. The broths we were cooking in were delicious. The moment you walk in the door and get the scent wafting towards you, you know it's going to taste amazing!
Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive. Atmosphere was vibrant and buzzing.
Super quick service, great selection, the sauce station even came with free fruits and bao, the staff were so nice and attentive, we had an amazing dinner!
Definitely surprised by the quality, price and staff friendliness.
Food selection isn't the widest, but definitely sufficient. The value is great and the staff always so generously ask if you need more and actively help you to refill..unlike other all you can eat places.
Definitely will come again if we are in Edinburgh again, just wish they have another shop down in England too lol
Authentic, Chinese Hotpot restaurant.
The restaurant is cosy & gets very busy so be sure to book a table at peak times.
The staff are helpful & kind, the drinks were varied & the food is fantastic.
We paid a quarter of the price we'd have paid in London for a dual pot & the amount of food provided was more than generous.
Highly recommend this little gem & we're thankful to the staff for accommodating us.
I think this is the bes hot-pot in Edinburgh, it's located in Haymarket. Better have 4 people to get 3 different soups.
Dont forget to bring cash, it costed me £21.5.
Love it, even the dessert was delicious (melon and red-bean pao)
