Great place to stay, our room was roomy and comfortable. It was very quiet at night so I had a lovely sleep. (We had a rear room)

Rooms need a little updating, they're very spacious rooms and the bed was very comfy. The room was clean. The service was very good. Breakfast was lovely . Location good, only took 10-15 minutes on the bus into Edinburgh and fare was capped at £4.80 so wasn't a rip off. All in all had a lovely time
Great hotel, bar and restaurant. Food is fantastic. The traditional bar is well stocked and is a comfortable place to have a meal or drink. Above all, each and every member of staff are exceptional. The service from start to finish is the best in town. Well worth a visit.
We had a surprise planned for our nieces on Saturday. We had booked a table at a restaurant and planned to give them tickets to a Harry Styles concert. The staff were all in on the surprise and were very helpful. We would like to especially thank Josie and Carol.

Visited before and after a recent Scotland rugby game at Murrayfield for food and drinks as part of a large group. We had a pre-match sit down meal before the game, the service was great, the food was tasty and overall it was good value for money.
