Auld Jock's Pie Shoppe - Edinburgh - Photo album

Wonderful small place perfect for a great Scottish breakfast experience. Very cosy and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It was too cold to eat outside. The breakfast menu had some favourites such as haggis and black pudding. Right in the middle of town. Do drop in if you are i
Had a great Scottish breakfast here when I visited Edinburgh to catch up with an old friend. The shop is cozy, the service is very nice and attentive, and both the coffee and the breakfast were cooked with love. I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast itself, but it has 1 slice of toast, an egg wi
Very small little place with good food and great service. They are not really set on the closing hours. It depends on how busy they are. Had a delicious cup of hot chocolate and carrot cake. My hubby had apple pie.
This is probably the best restaurant experience we had in Edinburgh on our vacation. The restaurant itself is really small but cozy. The service was very fast and friendly. Furthermore they recommendes us some dishes. Thanks for that because these dishes were absolutely amazing. They tasted really g
Wonderful little place just off the main beat of the market. Fun atmosphere, cozy, and the food was great. Has a good variety of food too, including a breakfast menu that looks fantastic. A little taste of Scottish food. Would definitely visit again in the future!
Amazing spot for a full English or Scottish breakfast. Haggis was a bit heavy on the black pepper but it still tasted great along with everyone else. We had just checked out of our AirBnB and had a ton of luggage with us that they let us store safely next door while we ate.
Really good & reasonably priced food! We had the scotch pie and haggis. Staff was very welcoming, will return!
Great place for cheap, local food. I loved my haggis pie, mash and beans! Nice friendly staff as well.
Good food at an excellent location, it was a tad slow but it was busy for the festival other than that it was awesome (and the staff were super friendly) šŸ˜€
Cozy and charming! Our favorite Scottish breakfast place! LOVED the food!
Great food, very nice staff! Steak pie was perfect
Good food at Great price
The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good. My favorite pie is the cheese and onion one but they are all good to be honest. It is local food served and cooked from local folks. Just great!
It was super great, one of the rare restaurant that serves tasty food as well as amazing breakfast. We stayed in Edinburgh for a few days and we ended up eating breakfast in here many times. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I would totally recommend.
If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have gone there more often during our Edinburgh stay. Inexpensive, very tasty and an incredibly friendly and authentic waiter who gave us personal recommendations for the rest of the trip. The next time we visit Edinburgh we will definitely sto
Very nice place. Location is perfect having outside seats. We randomly stopped here looking for dinner during the festival where everything is busy but we were lucky! The pies are very good and prices are just right. Have the haggis pie!
Went here with my fam for a much needed breakfast after a busy day awaited us! We were the first big group of the morning and the waitress took such excellent care of us, she was so sweet and funny, it made the overall breakfast experience all the better, plus the food was super excellent too! Went 4 days in a row for breakfast. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful fresh food. Loved the fact that they had big mugs for tea and my husband said they had the nicest coffee.
