A coeliac’s dream sandwich counter! The service is excellent and the menu covers a range of salads, rolls, paninis, and pastas - as well as excellent breakfast choices. A complete gem and I’m so glad I found it! I liked the sit-in meal so much that I also ordered a roll to take away for later.
We were looking for gluten free bakeries when visiting Edinburgh (from the States). We were able to visit this cafe on our last day of the visit, unfortunately our schedule didn't allow us to be around the area during their open hours. Very friendly staff, and delicious pastries that my gluten intolerant partner enjoyed!

I chose our holiday rental because this was close. I didn’t realize how close or what a great decision that was until we went in and met Helen. Holy smokes. That lady is the nicest lady in Edinburgh! I can’t say enough and I could go on and on and on so I’ll try to keep it short and concise. Not only are they gf and vegan but they actually CARE!! Helen spent so much time talking to our son about his options, not only in their menu but she drew a map of other places for him to try in the city!! Are you even kidding me?! By the 3rd day, she knew our sons allergies. She greets us by name. We pop in just to wave when she’s busy. We want to take her home with us!!! She and her son have the best business and restaurant in the city in our opinion. Helen is so genuine and so caring and so sweet and so funny. We just adore her and she makes us want to be better, kinder people. Even if you have no allergies, pop in and give them a try and tell them we said hello. You won’t be disappointed, we promise!

I stopped here for a leek and potato soup and a lovely dairy free biscuit 🙂 loved it. Will definitely go back now that I discovered this place. It is difficult to find GF options and having a Café where you know everything is gluten free is amazing!
Great spot! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. My companions are gluten intolerant so I picked this place for them but everything was so good I would eat her again even though I am not gluten free.
Little spot, seating for maybe 10, plenty of take out options, entire menu is gluten free. The paninis are wonderful, the prices utterly reasonable. Stop here instead of a fast food joint and you'll be doing your palate and digestive tract a favor.

Amazing amazing find! Please all Coeliacs visit this place if you’re in Edinburgh! Spoke with the owners and no wheat is allowed on site! I couldn’t believe it, to look at a menu and not see a GF sign but know I could have absolutely everything. There was too much choice I wanted everything! Highly recommend ☺️
Really lovely cafe making my sons dreams come true where he could literally choose anything off the menu! Huge choice and very reasonable priced too! Small sitting area but we were lucky and got a table for 4 of us. The rest of us who weren’t gf were really happy with our meals too…excellent wee place and lovely staff.

The first thing I noticed with this cafe when I walked in is how welcoming and the environment/staff are. When ordering I was served with a smile and great conversation. Didn’t feel put in or fake at all. Food is fairly priced for the area and they have fairly health options. I’m definitely coming back
June 2023 - This cafe is only a couple of minutes walk from Haymarket tram stop and station. It is only small, but everything is gluten free. We had paninis followed by cake. The prices are really reasonable. The service is good, nothing is too much trouble.
Small friendly and an excellent range of food, especially for gf. Great for fry ups and breakfast rolls. Had a sausage and egg roll, great value and very tasty.
Delightful cafe. Lovely vibe and Very welcoming with a wide range of GF options. Panini and Coffee & walnut cake were both excellent.
