Lovely city centre pub, where we only stopped for a pint at lunch but really enjoyed the vibe. Great whisky selection.
After arriving in Edinburgh in the afternoon and finding ourselves being quite hungry we found ourselves in this pub on the Royal Mile ready to enjoy traditional Scottish food. 5 of us were quite lucky to find a table here as the pub was quite full with a lot of patrons. The ambiance was fantastic.

Cozy pub with really nice food & staff. They have a fast knowledge of their whiskeys and cocktails, and were in for a bit of banter on the side. They take their time for you.

Bustling Scottish pub. It took us 45 min to get a seat, but was worth it. Haggis sausages and mash tasted great.

I wandered into the Albanach on a whim this evening, and was delighted to find that they had an exceptional range of whiskies and assorted spirits. Tye teak were very welcoming and knowledgable - particularly Hamish, who is a very entertaining and handsome guy.... I would.
