Great place on a Victoria Terrace with view over the Victoria street. It is on a first floor looking from the Victoria Street but it is on the ground floor on Royal Mail. Great place to visit. The food is amazing. I have visited this place several times and never have been disappointed. Great place for breakfast as well as lunch.

This is definitely my new go-to place for breakfast in Edinburgh! So good we went two days in a row. The veggie breakfast is amazing, the poached eggs on avo toast delicious, and it was my first time having a coconut latte but I'm so glad I did. My friend had the breakfast and the eggs benedict, and loved both. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is great, all the servers we interacted with were adorable! Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Edinburgh!

Wow, what a lovely place to eat with some of the best haggis (they even have a vegetarian option) and a delectable sticky toffee pudding. The staff were absolutely pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed dining here. I would highly recommend making a reservation beforehand, but they do allow walk-ins when it's not too busy!

Lovely restaurant with outdoor terrace overlooking Victoria Street. The Gnocchi with pesto, goat cheese and pine nuts was rich and flavorful. It's on the small bites portion of the menu but was quite filling. Francesca provided attentive and friendly service.

This is my favorite spot in Edinburgh for breakfast. The view of Old Town from the outdoor tables is spectacular. They have professional, helpful staff who seem to care about doing their job well and they do. The food and drinks were top notch. I highly recommend the smoked salmon eggs benedict!

Came here on a whim to get lunch on a Saturday. The staff were really lovely and attentive, nothing felt rushed at all, nice vibes. I got the casserole which is amazing. Followed by a Aztec hot chocolate, which was nice but wasn't that chocolatey. I'd come back here though and recommend it!

Great Bloody Marys, I'd have to say the best in Edinburgh during our time there. They even asked how spicy you want it, so you know you're in good hands. Food was good too, with the service equally great. Shout out to the front of house staff for being great, especially the bloke from Fife with an American Accent (even though he's never been to the states). Top quality bistro restaurant and would highly recommend.

We sat outside and it was pleasantly quiet, the service was quick and very friendly and the food was great! We ordered the garlic wings to begin with, followed with their hamburger and smoked salmon. Just delicious!

Great, sweet restaurant close to Victoria street. Nice food and very friendly staff ! Restaurant was full but we were seated in just a couple minutes during Saturday lunch time. We ordered the traditional haggis and Caesar salad, both was nice and of quite a large portion. Would definitely recommend a visit !

Very friendly and helpfull staff even if it was extremely busy. (We visted during the festival). Luckily we reserved days in advance, or else it would have been impossible to get a table. Bonusinfo for tourists: Don't be afraid of the HAGGIS.

Amazing place with views over Victoria street. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to try Scottish food. I personally love the taste of haggis but not a huge fan of meat, and the vegetarian haggis (and neeps and tatties) here really tastes amazing. They also have several other vegetarian options like their veggie burger and macaroni cheese, which is also very delicious. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and the outdoor terrace area is perfect for enjoying the summer rain.

Amazing full Scottish breakfast (black pudding and sliced haggis as part of it !! ) Great taste of using Glengoyne (10yo) for Gaelic coffee. Terrace view right next to Royal Mile. I think I’ll come every day while I’m in Edinburgh ..

Nice cafe set in a lovely place, food was good, loved having the black pudding. My better half had the eggs royal, poached eggs cooked perfect. I had the full Scottish with the haggis which was a first on a breaky for me and won't be a last. My egg was slightly overcooked and bacon a little dry, but all in all was lovely. Would be nice to come back when the weather was a bit warmer and sit on the terrace over looking the street. Service was fantastic, may I add as well.

A great little place to grab a bite perched above the iconic Victoria Street. Service is Swift and friendly and the food is tasty. I’ve only ever been in for breakfast but their lunch menu seems tempting too!

Cute little spot with a great view and location. Food is phenomenal value and quality for the price. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I had the casserole of the day which was slow cooked venison and beetroot with creamy mash. Perfectly cooked and the venison is sourced locally. Would definitely come here again.
