I ate here with my family, the service was very fast, which was great as we were running a little late for a show across the road. The food was incredibly tasty, the portions are a good size and very reasonably priced.
I absolutely love this wee place, it's a hidden gem! First visited here back in 2005 with a company I was working for at the time and i've been back numerous times after. It used to always be extremely busy. Offers a pre-theatre meal for anyone who fancies a reasonable meal pre-theatre! Love it!
A brief walk up Leith Walk and we decided on Phuket Pavilion. It looked busy when we walked in and our hopes of a table were fading but to our surprise we were shown to a table in another part of the restaurant which isn’t initially visible. Menus in hand and drinks ordered we knew we’d made the right choice. The fantastic aromas had our tummies rumbling and couldn’t wait to tuck in.
On this visit we had Mr Edinburgers dad join us. So this meant we had another dish to taste, all in the name of writing the review of course :)

Called in on the off chance of a table, we were not disappointed, waitress was very helpful and the food came quite quickly. Very nice and would come back again

Had a lovely meal for my wife's birthday. Food is always good and the service cant be faulted. They even surprised my wife with a birthday chocolate ice cream . Nice honest family restaurant. Worth the money to sit without being rushed and just enjoy the evening. Highly recommended.
Had a fantastic experience at this lovely family restaurant. The food was amazing, had such good flavours! And very reasonably priced! The venue is so clean (even the toilets) and decorative. Staff were so friendly and attentive. I wish I had found this hidden gem earlier 😔Would absolutely come back here and recommend you do too!
Very nice atmosphere, quiet Thai place with excellent service but number 47 was a bit bland ; I would personally recommend the money bags with a delicious sauce on the side. The red curry was delightfully red, p.s. that is my favourite colour 😜 would 100% recommend
Great quality food and great quality service. For starters we had Phuket wings, which were amazing, the steamed prawns were good. We also had the ribs which were ok, a little bit on the fatty side. For the mains I would really recommend the Weeping Tiger steak, along with number 30 (can't remember the name) was mixed sea food main which was also good, it has a tiny bit of a kick to it. Also the sweet potato fritters as a side! Thank you very much Phuket.
This is a real authentic Thai food outside of Thailand. The food is superb! Super delicious. I’m like back in Thailand. The staff are so friendly with the Thai tradition touch. Very central too the location of this restaurant. Very easy to find. Must come and taste the food.

A beautifully decorated restaurant, with a nice atmosphere. It has a good menu with plenty of options and reasonably priced. We particularly enjoyed our starters which were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and it was really good to see the man behind the desk, who I'm assuming is the owner, actually helping the staff out when needed rather than just ordering them around. It gave the impression the staff are well looked after and appreciated, and they work well together as a team. It certainly showed as our food arrived very quickly, and our drinks were always kept nice and full.
The food here was delicious! I got a curry and an iced Thai tea, it was very flavorful and almost like a dessert.

Good authentic food served here and the decor of the restaurant Is beautiful. They have spacious seating arrangements too. The red Thai curry is a must try. I tried the Prawn option and it was so delicious. I also ordered the jungle curry, but didn’t like it. It has some bit of weird smell and taste. Possibly an over usage if the oyster sauce.
Really nice little Thai restaurant perfectly located across from the Edinburgh Playhouse if you fancy having a pre-show meal. Menu is decent and the food we had all went down well. Staff are all friendly and service was good. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is they didn't have everything listed on the menu. But I've been twice now and I'm sure I'll be back again.
