Great restaurant and good location. The service was on point and super friendly, exactly what you would expect from them… Good selection of drinks (they have Asahi tab. Which one amazing Japanese beer.) and food, all of which were spectacular… it was very crowded but it’s good.
Amazing food served with great service. Always on the lookout for a Wagamama. They offer complimentary green tea which you can get free refills through your meal, which always tastes great! Their Nau Buns are amazing too! We didn't have space for desserts this time though, but even going later on in the evening service was as good as you'd expect if you arrived earlier in the day
Great ambiance, good service, and decent food. Our waiter was kind and patient, and she took our orders and our questions with ease. We appreciated the variety of the menu and the dietary restriction options. The food was decent, our favorite dish being the Yasai Katsu curry which was flavorful and delicious, and our least favorite being the Grilled Chicken ramen, which, although flavorful, was and extremely tough meat that was somewhat hard to chew. Overall, a good experience for Asian Fusion in a central part of Edinburgh.
Had a lovely meal of udon noodles, and as a drink I had a ginger No-jito, which was nice.
Service was exquisite.
Might have a queue outside. I waited around 10 minutes, it was worth it.
A trip to the UK is not complete without visiting Wagamama. We've been going here since it opened and return every time we are in the UK. The food never disappoints, and service is always fast. My only question is, why isn't Wagamama in Canada??!!!
I came here shortly after I arrived to Edinburgh to have a quick lunch before heading to the hotel. This was my first visit to Wagamama and I found lots of vegan options. Food was delicious and it arrived shortly after I ordered. The waitress Kenah took a very good care of me, she explained me the menu and was very attentive during my visit.
Had a nice lunch with my partner here. The staff were very professional and the food was well made. The decor was authentic and we had a wonderful time
This place has a relaxed casual atmosphere. Large restaurant with two levels. Family-friendly vibe. View of the kitchen to see staff at work. Food was savory and nutritious.
Firecracker rice with prawns made my day as I had been craving for really really chilli hot dish. Very tasty combination of dried chilli and fresh chilli all round. Teriyaki soba with beef so yummy too. Definitely, will return if time permits in the next few days as we are from Australia and touring Scotland and England. Thanks to the Japanese host for her friendliness and bright smile.
Really great experience at this Wagamama.
My partner ordered a main (he changed the noodle type which was no problem)
I ordered three starters/sides which was the miso corn, bang bang califlower and vegan squid (mushrooms).
I asked for the sauce for the califlower to be on the side as I know in the past it has been super hot and that was no problem for them.
They were very accommodating and the staff were really nice.
Great location, would visit again and highly recommend 😃
