Loudons Fountainbridge - Edinburgh - Photo album

Simple and relax atmosphere. Food is good standard. Bake beans are homemade (and most of the other thing I guess as they have and underground kitchen). Sausage are tasty. The creamy mustard sauce on my wife eggs was delicious. It's recommended to book a table if you don't want wait outside in the qu
Had a lovely breakfast here. The staff were super friendly and really baby friendly. The food was amazing especially the brioche French toast. Would definitely eat here again.
Popped in for coffee and some brekkie after a 5 hour trip......more than glad I did! I ordered the 'Avocado Smash' toast with extra bacon and it was ultra yummy. Chilli and lime dressing just added a gorgeous kick and the poached eggs were immense! Highly recommended!! ❤️
Firstly, the service was great! All staff members were attentive and lovely! The cafe is quite modern and does attract a professional clientele. Lots of people working in their laptops etc in the morning (8am). So it is a different atmosphere than I’m used to, but not bad! The full breakfast was fan
Without a doubt the best place to get brunch in Edinburgh. Impressed with the menu’s gluten free options as a coeliac, staff were also incredibly lovely and welcoming. Food is delicious and priced well. 10/10 & will be returning regularly! 🤭💕
I went for lunch with 2 friends, everything was delicious. I got the vegetarian all day breakfast, everything was cooked perfectly. The caramel latte I had was lovely and so was the kiwi apple & celery juice! On the pricey side though, £24 for the breakfast, one coffee and one juice. But I can't fau
Very popular restaurant. Breakfast is available all day (our luck). Both of us had full breakfast and toast. One to share had been enough. The haggis was not to my taste. Otherwise I enjoyed the breakfast.
I visited the place with my family and our baby girl. Unfortunately they made a mistake on my brother's order and we needed to wait longer and we couldn't eat together. However, they kindly removed his meal from the bill as a gesture of goodwill. In general, I felt respected that they understood the
We sat outside and it was lovely Loudons is our local favourite, overnight oats are amazing and the wild mushrooms toast too! We usually go for the French toast we were late this time so opted for the Black Forrest pancakes which I must admit were a bit dry compared the expectations however overall
This classic brunch dish is taken to new heights with their creative twists and combinations. Whether you're a traditionalist or a foodie adventurer, there is an eggs benedict variation for everyone on the menu. The vibe is buzzing with energy and excitement. The service at Loudons is second to none,
This is a very busy place and it’s always good to get a reservation beforehand. The staff are very helpful and friendly and they helped make space for us even when we hadn’t made any reservations. We ordered a veggie breakfast, french toast, and an oat milk latte. The french toast don’t just look a
Lovely place, pet friendly, those pancakes are bit sweet to my taste, but in general they are quite nice.
Brunch of 2 x Hoots Mon was delicious and able to toast an absent friend with espresso martinis which was perfect. Staff all very helpful and friendly even though the place was so busy. We'll be back!
The waiting time was around 20 minutes as it was busy at the time we went. Absolutely delicious brunch. Service is polite and friendly but slow. Food was well made. We had their American pancake which was a little too sweet for me but the Scottish smoked salmon was excellent. Price is slightly on th
My first visit to Loudons Fountainbridge, on the recommendation of friends. It was lunchtime on Saturday and busy, I was thankful of the advice to book ahead. The atmosphere was vibrant, the place is light and modern, the staff friendly and helpful. Sadly, everything I wanted to eat had already sold
1st impressions count, yes they definitely do. Greeted by the maître d' who was welcoming and took us to our table (we hadn't booked, it was around 9.30am on a tuesday) it was relatively busy for this time but there were enough tables available. At the table he went through the specials and I took t
