We heard that Doctors had the best fish & chips, and we couldn’t agree more! It was so incredibly tasty! Dax also made our experience so much fun! He is so incredibly friendly and funny. We absolutely loved our meal here!
We were looking for a traditional Scottish pub and we found Doctors. Staff was very attentive, providing great suggestions regarding to food and Scottish beers. Excellent options of pints. Food was great as well. Recommended.

Excellent service, great choice of drinks, cozy space. The best pub food we had in Edinburgh during this trip. The fish and chips were as good as any.

After a very busy trip to the Scottish Museum just around the corner (schools were on holiday) we were looking for somewhere to feed the family nearby. Somewhere with space for a newborn in a pram, a three year old and two parents, not much to ask :)

We really enjoyed our experience at Doctors today . Daz the publican was very obliging when he found out we were from Australia & that the State of Origin was on . He popped it on the television for us to watch .We enjoyed the Haggis fritters , chips & salt n pepper squid as we watched the game
