I came here with a friend. The day before we had to leave due to it being fully seated. But came back the following day and I have to say the food was worth the wait. Service however wasn't as great as I'd liked but they were friendly nonetheless.
Portion sizes were amazing and food was literally to die for. Can't wait till I'm back in the city, looking forward to the goats cheese salad.
We loved this place so much we went twice (which we NEVER do!) while visiting Edinburgh from the USA. Pasta, soup, pancakes, smoothies and lattes left nothing to be desired! Can't wait to try to mimic their lentil and tomato soup back home! They were going to start a new menu on 8/4, but I'm certain everything will be equally delicious! You should go!
Very tasty breakfast. The staff was lovely and the music selection quite unusual (in a good way). I'll definitely return to this coffee shop.
A lovely place to have a nice breakfast before going to explore Edinburgh. Staff is lovely. We were ate the door waiting for the opening time and they let us enter before the time. The food is amazing. We got an apple and cinnamon pastry, pancakes with honey and yogurt, a latte and a chai latte. Everything was super tasty and the drinks were above average for sure. I would say it was the best latte that I had since I arrive the UK. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice breakfast with good value.
Much improved since under new management and with a bit if a face lift. Some of the best chai latte in Edinburgh, with good value breakfast and an above average selection of cakes. Very good.
This amazing little cafe is worth a special trip. The menu is amazing and there’s loads of vegan and veggie choice. Recommend the Gozleme. The Turkish coffee is superb. The service is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is chilled. Top place in Edinburgh.
You cannot miss this cafe, amazing house breakfast - they made really delicious haggis. Also recommend for goat cheese salad. Reasonable price, good service and friendly staffs.
Friendly atmosphere, nice interior decorations. Buddha Bowl was fun. Smaller portion than expected. Surprising meaty stock flavour in the vegetarian dish. Quite expensive.
A nice and busy little cafe. Full Scottish breakfast was great. Nice coffee, friendly service. Worthwhile stop for brunch.
A lovely local cafe. The vegan breakfast is great...don't know how they make is so tasty with such simple ingredients. Warm and friendly atmosphere and usually buzzing for weekend brunches.
A must visit! Beautiful Cafe, very close to the center, castle and Royal Mile. Friendly and helpful hosts, cakes are gluten -free and delicious. Breakfast is very good as well.
Their smoothies are amazing, especially the tropical one!! I also love their Buddha bowl, so yummy
Good prices. The salmon pasta was a too oily and generic. The house breakfast was really good, so was their sourdough. The Buddha bowl was fine, a bit poor in terms of ingredients but all portions were very filling. We got a cinnamon smoothie and cappuccino which were both decent. We would recommend for a good priced lunch or brunch.
This place is wonderful! Fantastic food, friendly and efficient service, a real haven in the city centre. The best carrot cake we've had in our lives
Came here for brunch with my partner. We had the house breakfast and the gozleme. Both were wonderful. Would highly recommend! Their fruity teas are lovely as well!
