We had returned from a day sightseeing and hadn’t made a reservation but it was no problem, they managed to accommodate us. The staff were attentive and the food was wonderful. We were made to feel very welcome and they were happy to advise on the menu. Lovely last evening in Edinburgh - thank y

Definitely better than the nearby Dishoom which is not very authentic & overpriced to boot.
When you see this place from the outside it doesn't look like a restaurant, but you should really go there! The staff was really nice, the food arrived quick and it was absolutely delicious! I've seen lines outside other, more expensive, Indian restaurants. Skip those and come to this place instead.
The dinner we had here was outstanding, especially the lamb dhansak. Attentive and warm service. Would highly recommend!
