Lovely High Street Costa. Very busy with people working on laptops & the staff were working hard, making service understandably ‘slow’.
Great staff, usual costa quality. Nice branch.

After a long walk , it was great to be able to buy a coffee and a hot chocolate then relax in a fairly quiet atmosphere.
Not too crowded either.

I love this place, always get the drinks right and sometimes it is so hectic but they still manage to sort everything out. Yesterday though one member of staff who was working on the collection orders noticed 2 flat white were missing from his order and loudly told the hot drinks guy (who was working so hard to fulfil in store orders also) so he loudly told him then loudly mentioned that he would now have to make them... which suddenly made the whole environment a bit negative, like this guy wanted to point out he was having to do a different part of his job and wanted everyone to see it, he said a few other things too, but he was easily the one doing the least but loudly announcing when he had to do something to make it sound like he was the busiest. But the till guy, was also on food and cold drinks and the hot drinks guy was absolutely run of his feet so really no one needed that guys verbal commentary of him now having to make a drink too. Felt bad for the two really hard workers. But other then that. Spot on!
Nice Costa, pleasant staff, nice and roomy inside. Has some outside parking limited to 1 hour but. Car park close by.
Great coffee as normal friendly staff 5* service will call again.

Asked for coffee to be extra hot . As the normal hot is cold in about 15 minutes. It didnt come extra hot and was predictably cold in 20 mins. It would be good for it stay hot enough to last at least somewhat longer and to give the customers what they ask for. It was bought by a friend and didnt want to cause a fuss otherwise i would have taken it back.
I visit the monton store daily, and all staff are kind and caring. I would like to especially say a massive thankyou to Dan who has always gone above and beyond with me as a customer, and when i was extremely upset yesterday he comforted me and took the time to talk to me and listen. He is a valuable asset to the company.

Only Blind Pig and Costa open in Monton New year's Day. Come on guys the place was buzzing. You can't grumble about hospitality restrictions then shut at busy times. Nice toasty and coffee after my run, thanks Costa for saving the day.
As much as I dislike overpriced coffee outlets, this particular venue is my favourite. Lovely location with plenty of on-street parking and a council-run car park nearby also if you need to stay longer than the 1 hour allowed on-street.
The layout of this particular Costa is great. Spacious and well decorated, with plenty of lighting from its large glazed shop front. Excellent place to relax or conduct business.
Good service. Pleasant staff. Excellent coffee.

Lovely staff, always smiling and happy to serve you or have a conversation. The seating areas are cleaned regularly and have a good range of seats by power outlets which is great for those looking to bring their laptops. A really nice Costa to sit in, as some of the Manchester shops are awfully busy
