It wasn't very busy only me and my partner and one other couple in at the time so wasn't really an Atmosphere. But the food is amazing the service is fast, friendly and welcoming. The place could do with some TLC but what it lacks in looks it makes you for in taste and lovely staff
I moved into Patricroft in August and have tried a couple of takeaways/restaurants.
I am dubious when ordering from a new place, but had no need to be this time.
I had a Tandoori mixed grill and it was fantastic. Flavoursome and cooked to perfection.
Will definitely be ordering again from here.

Taste of east is the best of its kind. We found them on just eat and got addicted, so thought we would come in to meet the people behind the delicious food. The mushroom puri is amazing and the menu is really unique, we have tried some amazing new stuff. We will be back 😁
We usually have a takeaway from here, however we decided we'd go in to have a meal. I'd never ever seen the restaurant but as soon as we were in, we were met so warmly and made to feel really welcome.

Brilliant Indian food from a fantastic local resturaunt. Never had a bad meal, the customer service is always second to none and the atmosphere is so friendly whether you eat in or take out. 100% recommend to anyone looking for quality food at amazing prices :)
Went here with my friends and i loved it the currys were delicious we odered chicken dupiaza, chicken madras and the butter chicken we were all very happy with the food there chicken pakora is delicious too 😋 the price is very reasonable too with 3 of us with a starter each, poppadoms and currys and
Fantastic food and service! I've been coming here with family regularly for over 20 years and never disappointed. Mo is so welcoming and attentive, the food is delicious and caters for all e.g. Lots of vegetarian choice for my sister and in the past have catered for a vegan friend when she was visit
It was empty so I felt comfortable with just 2 friends, not a reflection of the quality of the food but they must be struggling for customers now the lockdown has been eased on such places. A lot of peoplehave got used to staying at home. That said the food was excellent and so was the service

Been there many times food is always so so good, amazing service and amazing prices too. Been to other restaurants that were twice as expensive and not nearly as tasty. Highly recommend!!

Well my husband and I took my family there over the weekend . Such great food everybody did comment on how tasty the food was .

Had meal in restaurant with my family and everyone had a great time. The food was as good as anything I ve had in more expensive Indian restaurants in Manchester and beyond. Staff and service were excellent. I d recommend to people to try this place. Thanks Taste of East, will definitely be back !!!
Been coming this place for years, NEVER had a bad meal, always spot on. I’ve been adventurous with the menu and every meal I’ve tried has been so good! Best Indian food in the area by far!
This is an excellent restaurant and take away. They cater to vegetarians well and the staff especially Mohammad are a delight! Family, friends and couple friendly. A hidden gem in Eccles.
