My family had a lovely meal here tonight. The food was authentic and staff were really attentive. Perfect for a relaxed family meal. Would recommend the honey chicken wings, we were all fighting for them!

Absolutely love love love this place food amazing and we will DEFINITELY be going back again. In fact going for my daughters birthday - again. 10/10 on everything from the food to the service. Made to feel welcome and love the buzzers on the table incase you need a waiter to order more drinks - definitely recommend The Pacifica to go for an amazing Chinese meal.
I can not fault this place one bit, our first visit was for our daughters 16th birthday (October) and was a party of 11 and we all left very happy and very full. Our second visit was NYE just for a family meal and once again were more than happy. The food is amazing and the service is great!! Staff were very attentive and couldn’t have done anymore for us..thank you!!
Been here a few times now and every single time it's been excellent. Restaurant area is absolutely spotless and a nice place to be seated. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is lovely and easily the best around this radius. The Sunday £25 deal is a great idea and il definately be returning soon on a Sunday to make the most of the set menu with a nice amount of choice.

Went for the first time last night - a party of 5 to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. I use a wheelchair and although there is a step up to the restaurant they came to the door and said they would get the ramp but I didn't need it because I can walk short distances and made my own way into the restaurant. Again when leaving they offered the ramp but again it wasn't needed as my daughter just "bumped" me down the step lol. At various times throughout the night they asked if I was OK and made me feel very welcome and not a problem at all. I have been to various Cantonese/Chinese restaurants and take aways but I can honestly say that I have never tasted better food and had better service than I did last night. At the end of the night they brought my daughter a dessert and gave her whatever drink she wanted compliments of the house for her birthday and they sang happy birthday to her and even though she was 25 she thoroughly enjoyed the personal touch. A big thank you to all the staff for making her birthday a fantastic night. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.
Iv been quite a few times now and each time Iv been food has been lovely and service has been great! They can't do enough for you! The only down side about here is that to privately hire the sky Lounge is really expensive as the min spend on the bar is a lot but other than that great place to go for any occasion!
We were there yesterday for the Sunday buffet which was excellent as usual and with the addition of the dim sum it was amazing. Service was quick and efficient, staff could not do enough, lovely experience. Thank you.

Visited Pacifica Cantonese on Friday night and the night was brilliant. Food was great and the staff are perfect. We all had the banquet a, lots of choice and tasty food. It's now under new management but is still run as great. Dave was very welcoming and we can't wait to return. Thank you Pacifica
Mother's Day lunch with Sister's, Step-Mother, Daughter, niece and Great-niece, Sunday 19th March. Staff were friendly on our arrival, once seated they took our orders. Our orders were not consistent, we had to keep asking where items were. Not impressed. Food was delicious as usual.

The food was amazing! The staff were lovely and friendly! The atmosphere was quiet but it was a Wednesday evening.
Visited for Father’s Day and was a very pleasant experience. Felt a tad rushed when ordering the starters etc. Never really got chance to enjoy or savour the food. Wish they had more choices for mains too. All a bit samey.
Service was excellent and very attentive but they just need to slow things down a little.
Used the room upstairs which was perfect for my daughters 21st. Staff are happy to help and so accommodating. Room looks classy and has great atmosphere. Thank you to all at Pacifica.

Food as always was excellent . It was a bank holiday Sunday and the place was packed . Plenty of staff on , so service was great . We had the Sunday buffet which was great .

Booked the function room last weekend. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Allowed us to set everything up way in advance. The food was amazing and I've already made plans to go back and it will probably become a firm favourite. Thank you very much
Lovely place and the food is fantastic. However, I must have been asked 20+ times if I wanted a drink or even water. Which is good, but it becomes a bit of a joke after a while. It is difficult to have a conversation when you are constantly being interrupted. Try and allocate tables to a specific member of staff. Still nice though
Very good food, always busy on Sundays with their buffet. Each buffet item is cooked fresh as you order so it's always hot.
Couldn’t fault this place £27.50 for all you eat buffet,not like most where you help yourself,you order what you want and they bring it fresh to your table,safe to say you know that no one has touched your food or cough all over it,food is brought to your table and you can order as much as you like as long as you eat what ever you’ve ordered,it’s the second time our family has been to the restaurant and won’t be the last,fantastic place to eat and enjoyed 😃

Yes I would take them there again they thought it was amazing. Book if your going that's a must, the price £25 per person and worth every penny.

We always go for the Sunday family "all u can eat"
£25 a head + drinks where u can have as many starters/mains as u want! The food is lush and cooked to a high standard! Maybe more choice of desserts would be an improvement! Staff are v friendly and the service is fast and efficient!
The restaurant always appears fully booked and busy.
Parking for me is on the train disabled space just at the side so good for blue badge holders! I do know there is a car park very near for other drivers....
I would encourage anyone to go and eat here but be prepared to be full at the end!! 🥠🥡🥣🍤🍥🍽
