I have tried a good few of the Indian restaurants in this area and this is by a good mile my favourite. The staff are fantastic & the food is lovely, not just greasy sauce & over cooked meat. Excellent value for money both take away & eat in.

Good range of curry's and side dishes. As a Biryani lover I mostly order biryani, always keep same high standard and fresh.
Chefs are very accommodating with regards to adjusting dishes to suit your tastes.

A truly hidden gem. Always amazing food, always amazing service. Never rushed. Very nice modern decor and very pleasant staff. I've been everywhere in Manchester and ate everywhere including Rusholme. I've been here lots of times and it's one of the best, if not the best curry house in Manchester. Very tasty indeed. Oh and cheaper than Rusholme too. Recommended
Great food! And if you call they will always recommend something interesting to accompany your meal (The Dal is great even on its own but it works very well with Reshmi Kebab) Highly recommend l! Food has always been delivered hot and hearty! Great staff.

One of the only Indian takeaway places I know that offer quorn as an option for vegetarians as oppose to just vegetable options and the Quorn Bhuna was amazing!
I went for my standard first order of a Lamb Tikka Madras, the lamb was tender, not at all chewy and the Madras had a lot of flavour. It was on the milder side of some Madras I've had but would order it again!
Excellent food, me and my son came here for the first time recently, and we will be back. Pleasant and helpful staff make a big difference. Well done all concerned. A wide choice of great food and very well presented too.

Wasn't told on arrival that we had to pay cash only though which could have been embarrassing if we had only had a cash card available. Thought it was standard practice in most places to pay card now due to covid virus ??
TASTE SENSATION - We have eaten at the Balti for a number of years now and have always enjoyed the food but since the recent return of their old chef the food is unbelievably good. We started with a Chicken Chaat Puri and Chicken Chilli, both of which were excellent and if we hadn't ordered our main meal we would have wanted more!! For our main we ordered a variety to dishes, to suit our different tastes, and we would definitely recommend the King Prawn Kahari and the Traditional Lamb Kahari Ghost. One member of our party prefers a milder curry, and loved the Chicken Korma; the chicken was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend the Balti to both old and new customers. Thank you to the chef and friendly staff at the Balti for a brilliant experience. We are already planning our next visit.
As an Asian guy I am very picky with takeaway curry. Since moving to Eccles 2 and a half years ago, I have struggled to find a decent curry, this side of town - until we ordered from here! 9 times out of 10 the spicing and chilli content is perfect. Thoroughly recommended
Absolutely fabulous! We generally travel to Rusholme, we won't waste the time or petrol again. The traditional lamb just fell off the bone, my hubby had garlic chilli chicken which tasted super fresh. The naan bread wasn't the usual stodgy affair, nice and light. I just couldnt find fault with any part of the meal.
Great food at fantastic prices. Always quiet in the restaurant so you don't have to book but they are always busy with take aways.

The restaurant is usually empty but as a takeaway it's highly recommended. The food here is excellent quality, the best I have found in the area.
