Absolutely love this place for breakfast.. my favourite and always our go too! Food is beaut.. Biscoff pancakes.. are a must!

I could not reccoment this place enough. We gone one Sunday and was lucky enough to get a table, place was very busy but it is no surprise as food is really delicious. It isn't just your normal English breakfast, it is very modern yet affordable. I was pleasantly surprised with spicy breakfast as not many places offer that. Staff was very helpful and nice. Kudos for gluten free options as well. Atmosphere is very cozy too. Definitely will be coming back.

Excellent service as always, been coming here for 3 years and Iβve never had anything but great food great drinks and struck up good relationships with all of the staff.
Came in for breakfast, food was excellent, would definitely come in again, recommend.
This place maintains high standards with quality coffee beans that never smell burnt. Portion sizes are fair for the price, and the front staff are professional and attentive. As a foodie who frequents the area, it's currently the best breakfast/brunch spot around.
Never ever lets me down. Best breakfast around (Huevos Rancheros) is my go to, Mexican style breakfast dish π₯π.
The service is great, they graft. Always busy so be willing to stick your name down and go for a 20 min walk. Its worth the wait.
Came today for our first visit for breakfast on my birthday, the coffee house is a lovely place, stunning decor. The staff were great, very knowledgeable, very attentive, fab service! The food, oh my, the food is next level good!! I cannot recommend this place enough, its a little gem and a must for anyone who loves good food!! We will definitley be back.... very soon!!
Dropped by today without a booking and had fantastic brunch with my partner. Think we got lucky- definitely book for this place :)
I had the blueberry buttermilk pancakes with chantilly cream and fresh fruit. It was fresh- perfectly portioned and balanced. Partner had the chilli chorizo eggs and was similarly impressed.
First time visiting this place after a friend recommended "the Coffe house & kitchen". Place is rely modern inside with a great vibrant atmosphere, an the food speaks up for its self, rely spot on!!! π..
Go on, treat ya self to a flash up market spin on breakfast!! Deffently what ya need after a good night out, certainly sorted our hangover right out!!..
Would recommend the steak an egg!! π₯©.. that was amazing! Flat iorn steak was nice and rare, with perfect poached egg!!.
Deffently be going again!! Only grip service can take a while when they get busy on good day!. Had a 40min on our food - but it was worth the wait!!..

A lovely little coffee shop. There is some outside seating too! Called in on the 'off chance ' that there might be a table for two, available?
On entering there was a sign that asked us to ' wait to be seated ' . Within seconds a cheerful and friendly staff member, welcomed us into the Coffee shop. She asked for how many people ( two) and showed us to a table.
Menus offered and my husband asked if the Breakfast was still available? It was! Apparently, anything on the Menu is available ALL Day π. The friendly Staff member returned to the table, apologising for the wait ( 5 minutes? ) and then took our order! We ordered the 'Bacon/ Sausage toasted Sandwich and the ' Club' sandwich. Both promptly arrived and with one bite we both decided that our Sandwiches were the best we'd ever tasted.
The ' Coffee House & Kitchen ' had a steady flow of Customers arriving and leaving and no wonder.
The food is delicious. Cooked and prepared quickly, unlike some other places we've been to where the waiting time was 20 minutes and the Food was mediocre!
All in all a very positive visit. Staff friendly and calm considering it was consistently busy.
I'd give 9/10 . Do call in as I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
What 'The Coffee shop & Kitchen ' seemed to be like a ' Tardis'!' . Small on the outside but very roomy on the inside ( I reckon it can comfortably seat 25 Patrons?).
