The Carpenters Arms - Eastling - Photo album

After trying many pubs around the local area and constantly being disappointed, We decided to come and try the carpenters arms from seeing it’s now under new management. I must say from being only open one week it is amazing!! The food is delicious and presented very well and the overall atmosphere
What an amazing place! Superbly decorated, wonderful atmosphere and exceptional welcome. The food was amazing, great range including vegetarian and vegan. Lovely garden. We went for our anniversary and had the most amazing time and were so glad we booked. Highly recommended and we will definitely be
Our son and daughter-in-law's wedding was held here, the venue is beautiful, the staff were fantastic, the food was excellent, we had already had a lunchtime meal there as well which I have to say was just brilliant and we will be going back again
The food was great, staff friendly & attentive. The pub is situated in a nice rural location. Car park quite small, with street parking across the road. The only downside is that the venue is quite small inside with tables to either side of the bar. The locals clearly do not appreciate diners in the
Wonderful welcome and great atmosphere. Beautiful location and newly furnished. Good menu choices and all 6 of our meals delicious! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.
Best Sunday lunch in a long time. Excellent service, perfectly chilled white wine and amazing food. All 6 of our party really enjoyed the food and the price point was spot on.
Wow what a little hidden gem. Friendly and welcoming staff beautiful pub and amazing food. Definitely worth a visit. From first impressions we thought this is going to be expensive. Couldn't be more wrong. Will definitely be returning
Just had the BEST pub roast dinner ever! The food was cooked beautifully, beef not too pink but not dry either and a good sized portion. Plenty of veg too also cooked to perfection, no hard bits in the potatoes, carrots cooked in butter, tenderstem broccoli and a variety of other veg too. Staff were
Fantastic food ! Could not fault any of it! Very good value for money. Very welcoming staff ! And a fantastic chef! Great for a meal with the family and friends! Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back πŸ‘
This is my kind of pub. Located in a beautiful part of the Kent countryside there are plenty of walks and areas to explore nearby. I personally cycled there and sat out in their courtyard which was surrounded by colourful hanging baskets. I was served straight away and it wasn't long before I was
We came fairly late on a Sunday and where very pleased to find that the pub wad still serving food. The landlord was super friendly and helpful (as well as his staff) and we were soon seated with food ordered. In no time at all the starters arrived which were really nice. Shortly followed by our mai
Lovely restaurant/pub. Very homely. Fantastic food and very tasty
Had a great meal and evening as usual. Always very welcoming and the food is delicious. Very attentive service. Gardens very well kept and lovely surroundings of Eastling. Would highly recommend. Well done to Mark and his team. Try the chicken and bacon tagliatelle πŸ‘ŒπŸ» that was up there and probably
Welcoming staff! Delicious meal! Chefs pate with toast and chutney was a tasty starter followed by home made steak & ale pie and fresh vegetables. Fully recommended! *****
Rather a curate's experience with lapses that could easily be fixed. Food (3 of us) was mainly of a high standard but the gravy with the pie was typical packet "bisto" type, although the beef in the pie was excellent but could have also made a magnificent gravy. I had pea soup, then a baked cod in a
Could not ask for a better place. We arrived slightly early and was seated instantly with drink orders arriving within a few minutes, starters mains was really good portions cooked to perfection this place is out in the sticks but well worth the drive and it worth every penny. This place you have
Just the best pie for miles around. All the food is good but its hard not to return for my fav. Super busy even post lockdown on a Thursday so need to book. This time they had beef and ale pie instead of chicken and it was just as good.
Fabulous lunchtime meal today. We really enjoyed the lovely candlelit atmosphere
