We've become regular visitors to Creams Cafe in Eastleigh, often dropping by for a delightful serving of ice cream to take away. The ice cream has consistently been a delight, and my personal favorite is the refreshing blood orange sorbet.
Recently, we decided to treat ourselves and sat in for a more indulgent experience. My sister opted for a waffle, while I indulged in an ice cream sundae. The service was prompt, and the food exceeded our expectations, leaving us more than satisfied. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience.
The staff, while not extraordinary, were pleasant and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the place was satisfactory, though there's a minor room for improvement in that aspect.
Overall, it was a good visit, and we're likely to return for another delightful treat in the future. The enticing options and consistently enjoyable flavors make Creams Cafe a go-to spot for our sweet cravings.
First ever visit last week. Very quiet as it was Monday afternoon in term time but no complaints there as service was great and quick. Ordered the hot and cold chocolate sundae, it was excellent, not too heavy or rich.
Very friendly staff and clean inside. That's the serious part out the way. The one word I would use to describe this place is "Sweet". If you have an addiction to anything sweet this is your place. The presentation of the food here is brilliant and will definitely have you take your phone out and snap a photo, before indulging some of the most delicious and sweet desserts.
Our visit to Cream Cafe Eastleigh was a mixed bag. While we had a challenging time with one of the new staff members who struggled to process even basic orders, I must commend Frenco, who was truly amazing with his service. Additionally, the desserts served at the cafe were a real treat. The exceptional service from Frenco and the delightful dessert helped balance out the initial bumps.
I look forward to seeing the new team members grow in their roles for an overall smoother experience in the future.
Really nice ice creams and friendly staff. Only four stars due to the very high price.
Great puddings very tasty ice cream. Staff don't seem to have any personality though. A smile goes a long way.
Lovely place, especially on a very hot day. Wide choice of desserts, and they are very generous on the portions sizes.
A serious sugar and carb fest but if you can afford the carbs and have a sweet tooth then with a visit.
A lovely selection of sweet treats including this delicious biscoff ice-cream waffle, which is one of my favourite flavoured things at the moment!
It was very nice, definitely a guilty pleasure! Couldn't finish what I had though as it was very sickly (My fault).
