Friendly service, nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Toasties and coffee exactly as you'd expect. Consistency is a good thing!
This Costa off offers an airy and friendly atmosphere, with a large and mainly open plan. Tho, I did find a nice little table tucked around the corner if, like me, you feel particularly antisocial sometimes.
The staff are friendly and efficient, and the place seems very clean.
Would've been 5 stars, but as Costa's coffee is inherently meh, they never get 5. But that's a subjective thing..
They had no crockery or cutlery. Staff were so nice though.

This costa is one of the few that accept NHS discount. Its not alot, but it's something and for that I really appreciate it! The service has always been really good, and they get out of their way to help the customers.
It's a coffee shop, as much the same as the rest, very busy always.
Good for a coffee, carparking outside if you're lucky, double fronted shop so plenty of room to relax and never looks bizzy.
Improved since I came in just before closing time, met Danielle the young blond hair lady, very sweet and approachable and welcoming, strongly recommended coming here when she's on duty.

I had a Massimo latte eat in with a cheese and ham melt got in seated and served quickly even during these trying covid times.

This is the best costa in eastleigh and there are three of them. Good food selection. Bigger space. In a good location. And a lot quieter than the Swan Centre one. Has some nice hidden seating areas too. Really friendly staff too. I normally go to Coffee #1 but this is a very close second for me.
