Having been away from Subway for quite some time, I decided to stop by the one in Eastleigh on a whim. It was a pleasant surprise from the get-go.
Arriving quite late on a Sunday, I wasn't certain of their closing time, but hunger propelled me to try my luck anyway. To my amazement, even though it was past closing, a wonderful man, whom I believe is the manager, graciously chose to serve me. This level of kindness, especially late on a Sunday, was truly refreshing and unexpected. I genuinely appreciated the gesture.
Not only did I find the type of sub and bread I was craving (meatball marinara on hearty Italian), but they were all remarkably fresh and delicious. All my preferred toppings were available, and they were of excellent quality. I decided to indulge in a cookie as well because, why not?
The person serving me, who I believe was the manager, was not only efficient but also incredibly pleasant and upbeat. Despite the late hour, he made me feel welcome and not the slightest bit rushed.
This unexpected and warm experience truly saved my Sunday evening. I'll definitely be back, and the primary reason is the exceptional quality of service I received. Kudos to Subway Eastleigh for going above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one.
Only the very best service, nice guy gave me napkins after my Dr Pepper exploded. Would recommend

The best subway I’ve ever been too, cleanest and food is best quality. Staff always lovely as well! Guy called John and blonde lady (don’t know her name tattoos on arm) are so nice and friendly.
It was such a good experience. Was served by Thomas and he was very energetic and had good people skills and made me and my friend laugh and feel more comfortable being in the place. As soon as we walked in he said good evening and made us feel welcome, always with a smile on his face. If you come to the Eastleigh store and get served by Thomas, it is a lovely experience.

Been here a couple of times outside its busiest times. The food is the usual Subway offering but the introduction of the garlic butter sub was what tempted me recently. No complaints about this place.
They serve exactly what I want to have in my sandwich. They have introduced a garlic butter too which just adds flavour to an already delicious Italian BMT. The staff are always friendly and I just love to have my lunch there when I'm doing my weekend shopping.
We visit there quite often mostly for Breakfast sub available up to 11 am. Good place but can be a bit of wait during lunch time. Usually always able to sit and eat.
