Great food and wonderful service, the staff go that extra mile, despite it being so busy. Will go again in the future �
2nd visit...staff are great and fast service .....only fault ...went to loo ....its was dirty covered in rust ..and un cleaned...but this is not a staff problem but higher above..needs a update in this area

We had a lovely meal with some special friends. Food was absolutely lovely. Waitresses were very polite. Busy night but still didnt wait long for our food. Great place to eat.
Went out for dinner with work mates and the food was brilliant. Sadly couldnt eat all my pasta because im rubbish with spicey food but the dessert was the best 😋
Myself & my boyfriend went to Prezzo for the first time and decided to use the weekend offer. The waitresses were very very friendly. We asked for our pasta without bacon but when it arrived it had bacon in it - as soon as I mentioned this to the waitress she apologised straight away and said it's no problem to get it changed. Within a few minutes our dishes returned with the pasta exactly how we wanted it. The food was very tasty and such good value for money and Very good service. Will definatley be returning. 😊
Booked a table for 3 on a Friday night, this night was the first time I have seen this place so busy. Fair play to the waitress and the chefs, they all kept up together very good. Didn't wait any longer then 20 mins tops. Although everyone was under pressure everyone kept a smile on there faces spoke to you very politely also made sure everything was all ok for your food and drinks. Will book again no hasitation.
Lovely food, drink and environment. Very welcoming and friendly service. Superb value with the children eating for £1 from a tasty children's menu.
The new refurbishment is definitely an exciting improvement, it looks fresh and spacious too! As usual the food is only of the highest quality, comes quickly and the waitresses are very friendly and polite. Would recommend to all!

Visited twice so far. Quite happy with the food, which I was not expecting since it is a chain restaurant, but happy to be wrong! We tried the dolce e piccante and ham/mushroom/mascarpone pizzas, the marsala chicken with mushrooms and beef with porcini mash. It was all very good, and arrived quite quickly. The prices are fair and the portions appropriate. We also had iced vanilla and caramel lattes, that were also good.

The food was that tasty quality you’d expect from Prezzo. We were there for and on Valentine’s and the night was perfect! Went for the three course set menu and each course arrived very promptly. In and out within an hour, now that’s speedy but still delivering that fantastic service.
Saying that I don’t think my body was ready for the quickness though.😅 Three courses within a short space of time and I didn’t feel quite right, though a bit of fresh air and walking around afterwards and I felt much better. Not a complaint against Prezzo Eastleigh though.😊

A lovely experience! Seating was easily available, the staff were kind, and it was quite a relaxing atmosphere. The food was actually really nice, arrived very quickly, and had perfectly sized portions!

Wonderful evening celebrating the Christmas season in my support bubble. First time I have eaten out since August and what is more than apparent is that it is not the restaurants that are to blame for the ever increasing rise in COVID. Prezzo could not have done more to ensure that there venue is safe, way more than the supermarkets that's for sure. Food was fantastic, they forgot our starter but sorted the situation quickly. Wonderful staff I'm just so sorry that you once again find yourselves on the verge of furlough. Without a doubt I will come back again as soon as you reopen. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful evening.
Always, great food with lovely staff. Sadly a few things were off the menu that Sunday but had a good choice for other meals. Card only payment which I totally disagree with.
Had a lovel family celebration meal here. The food was excellent and staff were brilliant. Will definitely revisit!

Been several times, food is always great.
Unfortunately let down by the beer last time. Ordered a Peroni and the pint was flat and not cold enough. Was offered a bottle as a replacement and wasn't cold enough either. Especially when the glasses that come to pour the beer in are warm.
Two starters, two drinks and a shared pizza- £68. Not cheap but very tasty. Great menu and lovely staff. Service was quick and efficient.
Food was ok. The service was excellent. Will try again to see if the meal I had was a one off.
Excellent visit with the family, there were 7 of us between 5 and 65, so we booked a table. No problems with ordering, food came correct with no drama and without any delay. All super tasty, and the 25% off prosecco for Christmas went down nicely. It was my little boy's birthday lunch, and his dessert turned up with a candle which was a nice touch :-) we paid with some Tesco club card vouchers for the food which was no trouble. Overall, an easy 5 stars.
