The food was exceptional and service did not disappoint at all! We tried the sweets after, piece of heaven. Nice place for a quiet breakfast, brunch or even lunch( they have options for main meals as-well).
Francesca Cakes and Coffee House is located on Field End Road about 100 yards (99 metres !!) past Eastcote Station (TfL Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines) towards South Ruislip.
In the last few weeks (October 2022) the interior has been made larger by the removal of a stud wall, providing more tables / seats and refrigerated display space. Tables and chairs are also available outside on the pavement.
Francescas' offers breakfast items, lunch meals and drop-in coffee / tea and cakes. Portions are good, and whilst things look expensive at first glance then tend not to be. Couple of examples - full breakfast costs £ 8.00 but does include a hot or cold drink, and also cake portions are close to double the size you might find elsewhere. Staff are great, helpful and attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere is very relaxed inside. My Sister and I are regular visitors now, usually taking cakes for eating later away with us.
Amazing Food and Cakes. I liked sweet-chilli chicken ciabatta, English breakfast is great and wholesome. We also order all our occasion cakes from here.
This place has one of the best carbonaras I’ve ever had. I order at least twice a month. Incredible food. Incredible people.

Im in the neighbourhood this my favorite place in the area, i've tried most of the food here and loved everything about it, the coffee, the cake, food and sandwiches, staffs are kind and lovely.
We ordered a cake for a family celebration. It was stunning. And tasted delicious. Totally recommended and will definitely go back. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and for excellent service.
A very homely and warm welcoming vibe upon entering the cafe. It has an interesting old school family run ambience with no frills and basic seating. They have an optimal selection of items on the menu for breakfast.
Had a cake made for a family birthday...everyone complimented on how fab it was. It was delicious & would recommend trying a Victoria sponge..gorgeous

Ordered a fantastic Jungle cake for my daughters baby shower. The lovely Francesca did not disappoint the cake and decorations were fantastic and a real talking point. It tasted delicious too with gorgeous buttercream and jam filling.. My friend made the fondant animals to go on the cake which set it off nicely. Highly recommend.
A lovely, welcoming cafe offering tea/coffee/cake plus a good variety of smaller snacks & bigger main meals. They also allow dogs which is wonderful- we LOVE Francescas!! ❤️

I've been using Francesca quite regularly and they are a very friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner Francesca and staff member, Dianna. It is less than 5 minutes walk from Eastcote Station. Prices are reasonable but have risen slightly due to the current high cost of living situation, much like other businesses in Eastcote, Ruislip. It is a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. High quality and tasty food. I'm always amazed at Francesca's very creative mind in her various types of cakes on offer. I would definitely recommend this local business.
