The food was good: pizzas were a great size and tasted lovely. The starters were nice, but the textures were a little off - the meatballs and arancini were very soft. However, the colours made us feel cosy and comfortable and the waitress was attentive, friendly and polite. 2 starters, 2 pizzas and 2 large glasses of wine - very good value for money. We would come back and try some more starters, but definitely get pizza again! Something to note is that it is not wheelchair accessible and does not have wheelchair accessible facilities.

UNREAL!!! What a gem to have stumbled across! Was stopped outside by a staff member handing out 20% off Coupons … so we thought, why not! This is one of the best pizzas I remember ever having in my life! Even pre vegan! The fact then had a vegan section on the menu with so much choice was incredible.. We had pizzas, cheesy garlic bread and a dessert! Can’t recommend highly enough GO HERE ! It’s a little slice of heaven 🙃 Portion was excellent, service was lovely, and the food was absolutely shockingly amazing Will be hard not to return when next in Eastbourne!

Wonderful experience! Welcoming server and quick service. We Ordered from the vegan menu which was quite extensive and better than expected. Food was delicious as was wine. Chef came out to speak to customers and was very kind and knowledgeable. We are actually from Kent but just because of the experience we will 100% come again and recommend to friends. Thank you 🌱💚

It was an amazing place. We love the pizzta-tried both the meat and veggie- and the mac cheese. I also ordered the Vanilla milkshake too. The people who opened this business (2 weeks ago) are very friendly and accomodating.

This bistro has changed hands a few times over the period of COVID and had lost its 5* reputation as a result. My wife and I enjoyed visiting Mamma Mia and would regularly eat there for brunch, lunch and dinner a few years ago but were put off by it changing hands a number of times over the past 2 years. However, we visited today encouraged by it returning to its Italian bistro heritage and it didn’t disappoint. An enjoyable brunch / lunch that was genuine Italian food and tasted like it, in an enjoyable environment with a genuine friendly and welcoming Italian owner which makes all the difference. It’s important that we support quality independent restaurants during this very difficult time so if you’re looking to enjoy the tastes / mood / environment of Italy consider this restaurant high on your agenda.

Some of the best Italian food I've eaten in the UK (Lived in London my whole life). Amazing service and fresh, delicious food, especially the tomato sauce on everything. Would highly recommend and would come back just for this. Ordered the arancino, dough balls and scalea pizza. Pizza was also the real deal with amazing crust, leoparding and chewy but light bites. Don't miss out on this gem just near to the station. See my attached picture of empty plates after only ten minutes.
