The owner was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating, especially in light of our tight schedule to catch a train. All food was prepared fresh only from the moment an order is placed. The Lamb Pahadiya Masala is a must-try - really tender meat with exceptional sauce. Highly recommended!

Had a truly fantastic meal, the Goan curry was done vegetarian for us and absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend going for starters as they were delicious, though we feel like we could explode we are so full. But despite how delicious the food is the best thing was the lovely man serving us. He could not have been more attentive or friendly and was a delight to talk to. I would give 6 stars if I could.

This restaurant deserves all the possible review stars. Don’t let the decoration or interior fool you … the food is great and made with care and love. Everything was freshly made and very tasty. Dolma and Deepak are really kind people who advise their customers and they know what they talk about. This was a really nice and human experience unlike loads of other restaurants where servers are only looking at their mobile phone and in the meanwhile they do a bit of their job. The owners want you to have a good evening and they can be proud of their food. We had the curry with paneer which was really delicious. The momo’s were very nice and the aubergine fritters were really good. If I would live in Eastbourne I would know where my favourite restaurant would be!!! PS My nine year old agrees with me.

Dolma Nepalese restaurant is a delightful place to experience the flavors of Nepal and India. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. The food at Dolma Nepalese restaurant is simply amazing. The restaurant has a wide range of Nepalese and Indian dishes on the menu, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the food. The chicken dishes, in particular, are definitely worth trying. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the spices used to flavor the dishes are just right, not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to make your taste buds tingle. The noodles are also quite delicious and come in various styles, such as chow mein or thukpa, with different meat or vegetable options. Of course, one can't mention Dolma Nepalese restaurant without talking about their famous momos. These steamed dumplings are filled with either meat or vegetables and are absolutely delicious. They come with a spicy sauce that complements their flavors perfectly. I highly recommend trying these out if you are a fan of momos or just looking for something unique to try. Overall, Dolma Nepalese restaurant is a great place to dine. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If you are in the mood for some authentic Nepalese and Indian food, especially chicken dishes, noodles, and momos, then Dolma Nepalese restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We went to Dolma Kitchen for the first time tonight, after living five minutes away for two and a half years. We wish we'd gone sooner! Really delicious food, and lovely warm service. The food does take a while to come, but that's because it's being cooked from scratch for each customer - absolutely worth it. We're looking forward to going a lot more. The prices are also very reasonable. Worth noting that the opening times on Google aren't 100% accurate - we turned up around 6.10PM on Sunday and the restaurant was still closed. I think we went inside at probably around 6.30PM. Maybe worth leaving it a bit later in the evening if you otherwise tend to be an early eater like me and my husband.

Amazing curry! We went with recommendations and did not regret anything at all. Peshwari naan - truly never had a better one. Curry just right and rice so nice and fluffy. Aubergine starter? Not my favourite veg but would not hesitate to order again just for myself. Simply amazing food. Friendly owners and stylish decor. It is a must try

Stopped here while on holiday on the coast. Charming family-run owners, we asked for their recommendations and it did not disappoint. Really unique flavours and big portions! Would def recommend

I have just discovered this restaurant which has been open for four years. I tried it on the recommendation of a friend who has good taste. It is a gem. It is in Seaside part of town and it is difficult to park but it is well worth making the journey. it is run by a husband and wife team. And from the outside doesn’t look anything particularly special. Inside, once you meet the owners you realise that it is going to be something special. The food is plentiful and outstanding and the “real thing.” All prepared when you order it. No jammy flavoured anglicised, curries here. Not knowing how generous the portions were we overordered and took quite a lot home. The owner will take you through all the different dishes and I guarantee, you will return. My only concern, in writing this review, is that if it becomes too popular, we won’t be able to get a table in future. If they are full, there is also a very good Indian restaurant next door. This resturant is a hidden gem! If you are looking for fresh, incredible curry then look no further. You wait a little longer for the food which is absolutely fine for me because you know it is being freshly made to order for you and believe me the wait is well worth it because its one of the best curries I have ever had. The customer service is fantastic, friendly knowledgeable staff make you feel warm and welcome. The only reason I deducted a star was because of the price of the drinks which were a little steep at over £9 for a double gin and tonic. Best food in Eastbourne.

I am so happy to see a Nepalese restaurant with authentic taste in Eastbourne. I was missing the Nepalese taste just like it used to be in Nepal and I was so desperate for it. I must say, I got it here. I with my friend have tried chicken momo, samosa chat😋 and bamboo-bean curry with naan which we enjoyed. We will visit soon to try Thali❤. P.S. Good price.

Had a great meal, food and service excellent, needs to be busier for more atmosphere. So if you're looking for a great tasty meal out in Eastbourne try here, you won't be disappointed. The outside doesn't look that appealing but the old saying, don't judge a book by its cover certainly applies.

Really impressed with the meal I had here. I can’t remember what it was called as I asked for a recommendation but I knew as soon as the meal arrived it was going to be fantastic and it was. Extremely helpful and pleasant on top of great food, thoroughly recommended. Good value too.

Last night we had an excellent dinner at Dolma Kitchen and we had the best Indian foods (Samosa Chat, Onion Pakora, Dal Makhni, Masala Dal, Vegetable Biryani, Chicken Noodles… all dishes were so fresh and delicious. I hope they will open a restaurant in London so we will visit more frequently. Great owner couple and a great Indian restaurant.

Absolutely fabulous experience on every level. Dolma is the restaurant chef and her food is freshly made and so tasty !! Her husband looks after the clients, he's friendly and can advise you on any dish depending on what you like and how spicy you enjoy your food. My daughter, only 10 loves going there for her korma and she always gets lollipops at the end of her meal. I've travelled to Nepal and I must say I feel I'm back there when I eat at this restaurant, couldn't recommend it enough!! Best kept secret in Eastbourne. Fairly new restaurant which deserves to be known. Definitely a regular for us now.
