We came towards the end of the night for a sweet treat. The lotus biscoff milkshake was very delicious 10/10 would get again! The man serving us was very kind and there wasn’t too long of a wait.
Decent dessert parlour in a good location. Not the largest store but they do have some seating indoors and offer takeaway. We were their first indoor seated customers.
Friendly staff, good sized portions. Just a shame about the plastic cups for the sundaes when other Kaspa's serve sundaes in glassware.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had an issue with my Uber eats driver and the person I spoke to on the phone was quick to reassure and support me. Lovely food, i recommend the cookie dough!
A really great place, lots of different flavours and choices, a plant based option for my daughter too.
But what made this place was the staff, so friendly and welcoming, especially as we headed in just before closing.

Delicious! We visited on Sunday to try the limited edition Red Velvet waffle, which was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

By far the best milkshakes in eastbourne! Been a couple times and lovely manager lovely staff who always sorts us out, Always very clean too. Must go and have a taste:)
Had been for a disappointing celebration meal in Eastbourne. Was on way to get a taxi home and found Kaspas.

Went here on a whim for my son's birthday. We had 7 kids in tow and had planned to go elsewhere when we spotted Kaspa's. We were made to feel so welcome and the kids had the best time!! We'll definitely be back!
