Walk in group of 5 on a Friday night. Wasn't particuarly busy. Qerky decor makes a nice change for something diferent. Staff were nice and friendly and served relatively promptly. The menu is quite varied, and things you won't normaly find like mac and cheese in a burger or chicken and waffles. I would describe the food quality as average, just about suitable for the price point but didn't blow us away. We would eat here again but not planning on hurrying back.
Loved it!
Here on holiday and went in Easter Sunday. Was very quiet (which suited us as we have two young children). Food was excellent! Myself and husband had the steak (not the whopping 72 ounce one...) But a smaller but tasty 8 ounce steak and fries!
Great service and atmosphere and the food tastes great! The shakes are to die for too
Absolutely loved coming here for dinner. The service was good and the food came out really quickly. drinks where amazing especially the milkshakes. Would definitely recommend it. Great place for people who have kids too.
We came for our sons 17th and we were not dissapointed.
The menu has a vast varity of burgers and steaks all with nice themes.
They also have a some food challenges for those that like a challenge.
We decided to take on the Terminator Challenge. The burger was juicy and full of flavour. Unfortunately the Terminator won and as of posting this the challenge remains unbeaten.
The thick shakes were thick! And we would return for these alone.
Thw restaurant is themed well and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Looking forward to a return visit.
I came here for lunch in the summer and I ordered an 8oz cheeseburger - it was delicious and the cheese had melted perfectly. It came with a side of fries, also very tasty. And with all that I drank a giant strawberry milkshake. Whilst waiting for my meal we had so much to look at in the diner. There was tons of movie memorabilia and different lights around the room. Amongst this stuff was a giant Sully and Mike Wasowski, from Monsters. Inc, stood next to a life sized Iron Man suit.
Found this little gem on Google maps as visiting the area for the day. Amazing food, amazing price and amazing service. Without a shadow of a doubt the chicken fajita burger is the best chicken burger I have ever eaten. Would recommend to anyone looking for an family friendly independent eatery
Absolutely incredible restaurant. Please see attached photos!!.
Service was attentive and served with good vibes!
American music was such a nice touch and made a great experience!
I highly recommend for families and birthdays!
Harleywood diner is awesome! Ben was great! The food was lovely and the atmosphere great with all the best old songs one after the other! Love this place.
Really great place, decor amazing, great staff and best burgers by far.
On holiday and found Harleywood through Google Maps. Staff friendly and efficient. Food was very good, large portions which I wasn’t able to finish. Prices very reasonable. Decor and music is excellent, Blondie and Rod Stewart 😄
The decor was amazing, my children could not be happier. The food was very good, and service as well. It was halloween week so it had extra decoration, not only dinner but also an experience!
Delicious food with very attentive service. Enjoyed the cool decorations. Much value for the money!
A unique cafe/restaurant with a very American theme including the back end of a genuine US school bus!
Amazing selection of food, something for everyone, quite an extensive menu.
Milk shakes are superb. If you're looking for a themed place to eat, especially for children, this is a place to look at.
So the basics first if you want a quick burger and chips this isn’t the place for you. The food is freshly prepared and no rush is placed on you so you will be there for an hour at least. We were served by Honor today and she was lovely efficient and friendly.
The menu is extensive and the food was flavoursome. The venue is great for kids as it has some boots with TV screens on and there is lots to look at around the restaurant.
On arrival today who was immediately asked to complete a track and trace form which was good. whilst we were waiting for our food I could see a colleague of Honor’s wiping down menus with antiseptic spray which demonstrates they take the coded 19 situation very very seriously.
They are also taking part in the government initiative some money till Wednesday or food and soft drinks are reduced.
We had to soft drinks to mains and a side dish or £13 which is absolutely fantastic.
The portions are massive so you will not leave hungry but you do need to be patient as The orders are cooked in order being taken.
They also do gluten-free burger bands on request.
Even without the government initiative the food represents great value for money and it’s definitely worth a visit when you go to Eastbourne. It’s currently situated behind some building scaffolding but there are lots of restaurants and terminal road so have a good look and you will find it.
The place had one chef and one lady working there an they both managed to get a 5 star rating. Well done to both off you
