Wow,so good ,Amazing funny server named Sophie.
We had a lovely snug table for two by the window .really enjoyed the meal plates were huge .used our tesco vouchers.
What's not to like .š
On arrival we advised the greeter that we were using a special deal code and the appropriate menu was given to us. Really liked the fact that the waitress asked me for the code number before we ordered. This would have identified any problems before the meal ordered, rather than after which would have been awkward.
The waitress was from Croatia and was really, really efficient and friendly. She throughly explained the options. All through the meal she was attentive and observant, seeing when plates were finished with and quickly removing them. 10/10 for her!
The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and tables well spaced apart and all the staff wore masks.

We visited on a rather quiet afternoon for lunch. The premises had just opened and staff were quick to greet and seat us. The restaurant itself is situated in a lovely location based on the roundabout over looking the train station and a short walk from the newly refurbished Beacon shopping centre. Staff appeared friendly and we were sat in the window area. Now unfortunately this is where Prezzo need to look at their seating. A ripped bench seat and worn material donāt give the best look for your business. However staff were quick to serve and food arrived hot and of no compliant. We were able to use tesco Clubcard vouchers and the waitress was helpful in pointing out which part of the bill could be paid using these. Toilets were clean and fresh. Wouldāve been 5* but unfortunately the decor and worn seats let the restaurant down. 5* for the staff and food though

The cost of our Saturday lunch
We had a birthday celebration here yesterday and it was very enjoyable. 3 of us had carbonara and it was a great size portion with a good amount of sauce and bacon. Generally I'd say the starters and desserts are over priced at around Ā£7 each, but we used the Government 50% off and Tesco vouchers, so that made it affordable.
They've changed the honeycomb smash cheesecake to a cheaper version and it such a shame. Definitely no longer worth the money.
The staff were friendly and we had a table away from all the others, but I felt many of the tables were still quite close to each other and there were not any screens. Staff also, were not wearing any visors or such.
The staff here are super friendly and they have an amazing selection of veggie pizzas - you can order a bunch of there classic meat pizzas with veggie meat alternatives. We had their vegetarian pepperoni which was lovely and perfect for a lighter dinner!
We had a very enjoyable lunch at this Prezzo, the food was delicious with a nice range of vegetarian and vegan options, the staff were polite and the atmosphere wasnāt overly crowded, we have been before and find that the service is consistently good, thank you!
I've eaten here several times since moving to Eastbourne and can highly recommend this restaurant. The service has always been good and they cater very nicely for my niece's 2 children aged 4yrs and 11mths. The food is always tasty and hot. The team are always happy to help and are very welcoming. We'll done!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff in Eastbourne for a great experience. It was my mums 70th birthday. The staff couldnāt do enough to make it special. Food was excellent.
