Wow! The Kinder Bueno waffle was huge and so very delicious. You could easily share it. The thick shake was also amazing and with so many wonderful flavours to choose I can't wait to come back 🍨

I went there every day with my friends for a meeting full of gossip and of course the famous cookies absolutely delicious , with extremely nice waiters who recognized us every days special mention for the music which was really good (Mac miller and Ariana Grande) . I hope one day to return to Eastbourne and be able to relive these magical moments again ♡
We have visited Creams twice this summer. Delicious waffles! The biscoff one was so tasty. We had to return the following week for another one. The warm cookie dough was a winner too. Yummy, thick milkshakes. Great service from all staff, friendly.
First time visit, thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry and banana waffle with ice cream. Not stodgy, very light and very yimmy indeed, would def order this again.
A great location of the place and enourmos menu offering you waffles, ice cream and sorbet, desserts, cakes & puddings, pancakes/crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, bubble tea, hot drinks. Great choice of vegan option which is a great plus. When I arrived there were not many customers so I didn't have to wait long to be served. The staff were polite and friendly. The place is decorated in modern but pleasant way. The tables were clean and located in reasonable distance from each other. I ordered a waffle which was made straight freshly and served in a nice looking way, good in taste too.
There were only 2 members of staff (6-7 p.m., weekday) and I could see some customers waiting in the queue to order or be served...
Surprisingly quick with the order of crepes and waffles, pleasantly surprised. Soft fluffy waffle and generous with the icecream. A wonderful treat for special occasions or days you're feeling down. Seating area was nice and clean, well lit and cozy.
Booked in advance to guarantee a table. Hand sanitizer was available upon entry and table was cleaned in front of us. The menu is enormous and there is loads to choose from including vegan options. Service was friendly and quick.
The waffles were amazing, one of the best waffles I've had in my life. The service was friendly and fast enough. Would recommend this place 💯
One word for this place... WOW! Pudding was great and unrushed. Relatively good for budget. Service was slow though and busy which isn't a bad thing but we only came for the food which as normal was top notch. Will be back again for our treats 😁
The restaurant felt safe and welcoming. As a family of four we were looked after well. The food and service was excellent. Would love to be able to give as a gift to family and friends as a gift card.
Good price and good portion! I went to Creams just once and I was nicely surprised of the portion of the crepes. 2 big crepes for 5,95 which, now a days is not too bad. My crepes was with milk chocolate banana, strawberry and cream, the cream wasn’t very tasty but the rest was delicious.
The service was fast, And the staff kind enough.
The things that I don’t like about Creams is that the dog are not allowed, not even little dog, but Anyway I quite understand their point of view.
However I highly suggest to go there.
Fantastic waffle and I love the flexible topping choices 👌 a little on the pricy side but great as the odd treat!

Amazingly, delicious and indulging! Prices a bit painful though! Enjoyable as a treat but you'd be lucky to get us in there more than twice a year with that price tag! Although one portion easily feeds 2 so maybe... Mmmm
