Very good service and very quick prep time, the cashier was very friendly and there was good communication with the cooking staff to tell me how long my order would take, the food was very hot and tasted good, I wanted to order a Krusham but unfortunately like most KFC's there machines never work, hopefully they get it sorted and I could have one next time, would definitely recommend.

Sometimes nothing can beat a zinger tower meal! Find that it has improved alot, has both drive through and eat in. Good parking if eating in. Childrens meal comes withouta toy, unlike Mc Donalds but a good choice of menu that will suit all.
Quick service and good amount of seating. Not many parking spaces, so best arrive on foot. Nice and clean with the bins changed regularly.
Great service, good food, nice atmosphere, child-friendly, plenty of seating, nice & clean. My only issue is that the baby change table is rickety and leaning, I really struggled to change my baby because it didn't feel safe and it made her really distressed. This definitely needs addressing.
Good enough KFC, service was fast and no complaints about the food either.
Just like a normal KFC outlet nothing extraordinary nor negative. I wish they had a better walking space from car parking to the restaurant.
Clean and spacious dining area. Tasty, less fatty chips, good coffee. Service was quick and friendly, and ladies loo was clean. A better kept KFC than ones in West Sussex.
Nice Food but shame about it being Warm.. also the tables and floor are not cleared and cleaned fast enough for my liking.. otherwise it was ok..

Honestly, I really like this KFC branch, very clean environment, all round friendly staff, and nice drive thru. service has been a bit slow at times but overall, I love it. This is where i’m going to be coming to get my krushem fix now.
Never been inside but used the drive through quite a lot over time and it's always good. Food is always hot and never have to wait too long for it.
Always ,consistantly the best kfc in sussex....hot ,fresh and no matter how busy the staff are quick n efficient

I ordered a party bucket and in my 14 pieces of chicken I got 8 legs doesn’t leave much room for other parts of the chicken food was nice though but legs are just not for me either with 7 of us eating it can you just try and mix up the parts a bit more I would rather a wing then a leg to be fair but food was really hot oh yeah the delivery driver just had it in a ruck sack when he delivered it not sure why it wasn’t in a delivery bag thanks.
Having consistently scored this as a 1 I have now changed to 5. Something has happened here but now everything is right, so good job to whoever has sorted this out. No missing food items, sauces and salt etc included, everything cooked well and polite and effective staff, particularly the lady who served me yesterday. Well done. Ignore the pictures - they are from the previous state of this branch.
