Went to Eastbourne Station ticket office today with my daughter as she wanted to buy a return ticket to Newcastle (coming back a different day). We spoke to Karl. He was wonderful, and very helpful. He was friendly and efficient and answered all our questions with patience. YAAAAY! GO KARL! Ticke
The station needs a toilet badly. It's not good customer service not having a toilet there. I myself have several medial conditions and need access to a toilet. A big let down. On a positive though its great to see good customer service at the station. Food at the station is expensive but subway do
Excellent. I asked the attendant which train I needed and he said "that one, run!", swiped me through and I just made the train as the whistle blew. So awesome. Thank you so much.
It needs more security staff as there are too many beggers, some even dressed tidy pestering people for money on and around the station. Plenty of People not wearing masks and there are no disabled toilets.
Lovely train station! Clean, tidy with friendly helpful staff and well layout train station with up to date train information. You have few places where you can grab your food, taxi rank outside, and if you wanna to get to the beach, it's not a long walk. Only 850 meters. You can get here from South
This place is a cluster of kind people, i remember this lady that took some personnal time to help me find my way. I ll never foget an act of such generosity.
Nice station to help connect people from eastbourne to the capital city and vice versa. For all those trainspotting, it only has the southern class 377 with very few exeptions
Great station. Has a couple of cafes. Although track has a bit of an overgrowth problem but other than that good place to travel👍
Great station, 3 platforms and great connections to other towns and cities including Hastings, Brighton, Ashford and London.
Easy access very clean
