Great food hall. Update: Staff both in clothing sections and cafe are exemplary. Several times over the past year we have left the store feeling well looked after as customers and wanting to return. Brand loyalty is largely driven by this kind of experience, quite apart from it's nice from a

M and S has a lovely cafe upstairs. I had a next time when I went there. The atmosphere was soothing and I had fresh pancakes and strawberries. They also give apples and tangerines to children at absolutely no cost.

Love M&S!!!! Gorgeous store and food hall with really friendly and helpful staff. Especially Sandra on the self service food hall.... She's simply wonderful and always recognises us with a huge smile and help!

Lots of early Christmas shopping discounts in store. Worth a quick lunchtime sprint into town. Crackers are gorgeous and all themes catered for.

Nice to shop there,only drawback vast the very fast speed of the escalator, not good for you if you have leg problems

we ordered our Christmas dinner from here, well organised, friendly staff. potatoes were rubbish though. may i introduce, the duke of beef.

I'm always happy coming for teas and coffees and cake and also the bacon roll here in M&S Eastbourne as the staff are always really nice and friendly like today and we were served by Sadia and a little chat with Nina

The kids cloths department is quite small, so best to order online for collection. Good bakery and cafe.

Beautiful shop, shame it's quite dirty in the changing rooms. Still I would recommend it as the clothes are so well displayed.
