Had a tabled book to celebrate my birthday with the family. Was 6.5 of us.
Lovely venue with a nice space around it.
Great atmosphere in the place, was packed which is always a good sign.
Food came out nice and quick and was all fresh and enjoyable.
Music selection was decent too, nice to have something different to listen to.
All the waitresses were solid 10’s also.

Loved this place...had a table booked for 17.30....busy but not crazy....sat outside in the sunshine overlooking the marina...food was gorgeous fab pizza and desserts...only thing was not enough staff...left waiting ages to order desserts and got forgotten about when we asked for the bill...eventually went inside to pay as fed up waiting. Overall lovely.
A brilliant welcome, followed by excellent customer service, beautiful food, all set in an excellent location looking out over the harbour.
Definitely worth visiting, will be returning again due to the service, the food and also the cost which was reasonable. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice meal, I had tuna steak cooked how I like it, could of done with a bit more veg tho. Good service by friendly staff
A busy, noisy restaurant on a Saturday night with a perfect view of the water. Wait staff were efficient and friendly. Full assortment of pizzas, pastas and other dishes. Our food was tasty and prepared quickly. Side salad had a good helping of protein. Sticky toffee pudding was good but not excellent. Overall food quality was good. This is a great place to come with a group of people but not if you want to have a quiet meal.
We popped in here last year and the staff were brilliant.
You can’t normally just drop by as a group of 10 and get seated but the staff managed to put a few tables together for us outside.
Back down for another holiday this time with more family, this time we booked only 1 day in advance and they were able to cater for a group of 15
Service was fab, food amazing. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again next year
Visited here with my parents as our intended restaurant was closed, and I couldn't have been happier. There were plenty of food choices, including for my mother who is vegetarian. My father and I had chicken dishes which were delicious and generous portions. Particular praise for the staff who were attentive and helpful with the requests I made, nothing was too much trouble - unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our waitress. Will be returning the next time I am in the area.
Lovely, tasty, Mediterranean food. The service is 100%, very efficient and all the staff were friendly and ultra polite. The food was served piping hot and was delicious, I recommend the salmon on the specials board. My friend enjoyed her steak which was cooked to her liking. It's a beautiful setting and has a nice ambience, like being on holiday. Highly recommend.
Thought we would try somewhere new.

Staff friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
We didn't fancy a full meal, so we ordered starters with fries and salad to share. Food was hot and freshly prepared 😋 very tasty. Only negative is it is slightly over priced.
We will come back again to have a proper meal.
The mussels cooked in white wine, cream, garlic and parsley sauce is definitely way above my expectations. Will go again just for this dish!

If you're after a filling lunch by the waterfront you can't go wrong with Pablo's.
Staff were helpful and friendly and promptly showed us to our table.
There is a separate section of the menu dedicated to vegan food consisting of pizza and pasta options. My wife and I went for the £11.95 pizza which includes 3 toppings of your choice.
What they do is good and my pizza was tasty but personally I would like my peppers roasted for longer and my onions more caramelised. I also think the choice of toppings could be increased to include artichoke or meat alternatives.
Highchairs are available and our son loved the pizza and fries. I'm sure he could have had a whole portion to himself.
The drinks selection is impressive, even including an alcohol-free Heineken which did not feature on the menu. So if you can't see what you want it might be worthwhile asking.
It was £33 before service for two pizzas, fries and 2 drinks. I feel this was good value, especially for the amount of olives I got, the view and speed of service.
A return visit this summer is certainly on the cards!
Really nice meal very nice Bruschetta mozzarella starter , mains I ate Lasagne which was plentiful, tasty, very filling . My dessert was a lemon meringue with lovely ice cream. My friend had the same starter & mains but chose a salted caramel cheesecake with salted caramel ice cream, which was mouthwatering. The welcome was lovely, great table overlooking the harbour. The staff were helpful, freindly, never any wait between ordering & food being served! The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent, menus were being wiped clean as I entered Pablo's, the tables were throughly cleaned, disinfected after each customer left. Arrows on the floor showing the way , signs entrance & exit clearly displayed. Highly recommended, my first time here, I will definitely be back soon.
The food was amazing and the Tuna cooked as ordered (rare). Plenty of staff to attend you and reasonable prices, in fact I thought inexpensive for the location and quality of the food and very busy for a Monday evening.
Get it right and you don't have to close on a Monday, like many other places do. Well done Pablos of Eastbourne.
