I have their healthy breakfast, suits my slimming world diet perfectly and it’s so tasty and service is quick! Spot on!

Great full English breakfast served quickly. Polite and friendly staff, reasonable prices. Only minor complaint was that the toast was cold and a not really toasted very well (I think they forgot). No big deal though and didn't ruin a very filling breakfast that lasted me all day!
A traditional ‘greasy spoon’ with none of the grease. Well cooked English breakfast with traditional fare (and fantastic sausages).
The menu is great with healthy and vegetarian options, with clean tables, ample seating and great staff.

Outstanding breakfast. Quality products and free range eggs. You can order off the menu or ask for exactly what you want, it's no bother to them. The owners /staff are very welcoming and the seating area is very clean.
Typical little café servicing a variety of cooked breakfasts and sandwiches. Opted for the Big Bird breakfast. Substituted the mushrooms and black pudding for a sausage which was good of them. Fair pricing. £7.50 for the large breakfast and then £5.95 for a slightly smaller one.
Great food and friendly staff. The prices are good and portion sizes just right. A big selection of food and tables outside if you wish to sit and watch the world go by.

Early Birds has always been my favourite café whenever we're visiting Eastbourne. I always recommend their fresh and tasty well prepared food, that's served in a manner I cannot find fault in. Parking available but limited during school hours.
This cafe was very convenient for me and my misses as we only live just around the corner about 5mins, n as it was open early and closed at around 14.00pm so there was plenty of time to get breakfast plus I find the staff very helpful and polite. I will rate this cafe as a must go, and try for yourselfs then you can write what you think of the cafe n how the staff helped or not.
