Returning customer. Ordered differently this time and wow amazingly tasty again!
Chocolate milkshake has improved a bit since calibration however could be improved. My suggestion would be to offer a 'double choc' option for an extra £1 or something like that.
We enjoyed it so much we were talking with our mouths full to complement the food!
Glad we've found our new fav restaurant!

First time customers...
Pros: Fast delivery, tasty food, easy to use app.
Cons: Order status doesn't change so had to call to confirm order accepted, chocolate milkshake tastes more like vanilla ice cream-need more chocolate in it, Facebook picture of BBQ Chicken burger shows 2 chicken pieces but only received 1 in the burger.
Overall, lovely meal will order again but could use some improvements as stated above.
I have found in Eastbourne the best burger and the best food, excellent quality and shipping is excellent, I always ask for shipping and it is excellent.
Please continue with this good service do not change the service that is excellent.

I went to Ramo’s in Pevensey Road Eastbourne today for the first time. I am not someone who normally like burgers. But the burger I had was excellent. Very tasty and rather filling. Went here for the first time after hearing good reviews about Ramo’s. Fresh food, very tasty, VERY clean environment. Friendly staff! Much preferred to the chain fast food places you can go to locally. Will be back again!

Am absolute gem of a place. If you want a burger and fries this is the go to place. The menu is straightforward no messing about... Burgers and fries with drinks or milkshakes. I ordered the bacon burger and my friend the double burger. Both were excellent and the curly fries a great side. The service was promot and friendly.
I'm always ordering from here. I love pretty much all their burgers they make each one super delicious. Full of flavour and always having me back for more!! The blue cheese sauce is something else two !! I always recommend this place to family and friends. So if you're reading this. Order that damn filthy tasting burger. it's definitely worth it ! 👌

A little gem hidden away in the back streets or Eastbourne. My fiancée and I travelled from Essex for a night away and searched lunch while sat opposite this place. Fantastic service, fab food and complimentary chips for an incorrect order. Thank you Ramos for starting our weekend off with a bang!!

Had the big daddy with trimmings fries and fudge cake all washed down with fizzy. I got Uber delivery for my son quick and efficient (Ivy) all the food was banging tasty flavoursome and very satisfying. Highly recommend. 👊
Great food! Your £6.50 for a burger meal inc drink of your choice. Better off going here than Mcdonalds down the road! The gentlemen serving you always have a smile on their face and customer service is excellent :)

People of the world rejoice for no longer do you need to waste your evenings searching for a burger to contempt your calorie intake when protein and carbs are required.
Do yourselfs a favour one day and treat yourself to a Ramos..
We had the monster burger amd it was without a doubt worth the 35 min wait.
