We liked this place and had our brunch here with friends. Menu has has lots of options in tea, and snacks, liked the Cream tea. Highly recommended for afternoon tea and breakfast at the Pier.

It seems very popular here and was quite busy when we went in for a sandwich and cake. The food was beautifully presented and the sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. The lemon and Elderflower cake was really good. The waitresses were really friendly and efficient so that added to the very positive
Loved this. Proper old-fashioned service for a wonderful tea. We tried to get the waiter to make up stories about the chandeliers and decided that the most believable lie was that they were from the Titanic, rescued as the ship sank. Go there and enjoy yourself - the cakes are so sweet.
A very nice tea room on the pier. Tea and scones with cream and jam were very nice.

There are a variety of sandwiches, cakes and the tea was hot!
It is a large restaurant, and I'm sure in the summer, the views will be spectacular.

This is a cold and windy day, especially when you are at the seaside. So when I see this tea room, I went inside without any hesitation.
Price is much lower than I think. A slice of cake is just £3.5 and they don’t have minimum charge.

Delicious food in beautiful surroundings. You are half way along the Eastbourne pier in a lovely room with chandeliers. Waitress service and a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. Prices are good as well.

Had a lovely lunch at The Victorian Tea Rooms on the Pier today. Lovely welcome on arrival, staff very friendly and efficient, the restaurant is very clean and the food is exceptional. Very good value for money. Will be back again very soon!
July 2023 , Scone, cream , jam and pot of tea £7.00, was brilliant. Scone turned up warmed. Tasted lovely and fresh. Service was quick and attentive. Great place. Clean and a great location.

I popped into the tea rooms whilst in the area for work and am so glad I did! Despite not having a booking, I was seated & served promptly by lovely, friendly staff. I chose the chocolate orange cake & a vanilla milkshake (both to die for and very highly recommended!) It's a really quaint tea room,
We visited the tea room on the worst day of our holiday!! the weather was horrendous, the rain was absolutely awful wind was blowing us everywhere and just as we got to the tea room it lifted my Husband in the air he landed on his side and the Staff came to help him they couldn't have helped enough
