Coffee from Nero best of the bistros, strong hot, caramelly, delicious. Love the gentle music, attentive staff, complimentary water, cleanliness. Anywhere else is no option.
Excellent as always, unlike Costa often short sizes (especially lewes Tesco) always get a full meaure in Nero, for that reason alone I haves switched to Nero.

Recent convert from another coffee shop chain. Nice tea and coffee and cheaper using our Gourmet Club discount. Staff very helpful but interior of this Cafe Nero could do with an upgrade. One of the toilets is still out of order and the corridor/toilet area is very scruffy.
Often go here with friends, every time has always been a pleasure.
The drinks are always prepared with care and quickness, the sweet treats are very nice and have a great selection.

There is nothing extraordinary about the products, but they're decent. Staff is always great, I feel bad for how busy they are. Hopefully the company is recognizing their efforts and paying them accordingly.
This Nero is excellent for coffee and food quality. Being a Nero it's expensive, but it does taste the best, and hard to find a stronger coffee in Eastbourne . The staff are helpful and very polite, so remember to be respectful. The ratio of comfy seats to hard seats is disproportionate to demand, you have to consider yourself a winner if you manage to secure one. Seating is allowed outside on pavement, which always seems popular. One minor issue is the small midge/flies, that buzz about near your face and food. Note to owner...Please invest in an insectocutor, it would be far more pleasant to frequent.
I love my coffee at Nero . I do think that the toilets in Eastbourne need a total upgrade though. Please can this be done soon.

Birthday get free slice of cake on the Nero app so got that on this occasion. Was on my 10th cup so got the free Hot Chocolate as well.
Staff serving was friendly and made the drinks reasonably quick.
