I was quite surprised of the quality of the food! I enjoyed everything there! I’ve had a fresh and super tasty salad which was delicious! My son enjoyed his spaghetti al pomodoro so much! The price is also good, around 8/9 pounds per portion. My partner had fish and he said that it was delicious! They do their own bread which I loved! So tasty! We will definitely go again to try different things.
Great food. We went on a Monday and it was quiet so we had the restaurant to ourselves basically. Had shared starter and set menu 3 course Christmas meal and cocktails. Loverly

Lunch for two. Generally good but service slow for dessert. The pizza was good the pasta my wife ordered less so. Alcohol free cocktail very good but beer expensive. Overall good but a little pricey. Waiting staff friendly and polite.
If you're looking for top quality Italian food then this is you're stop. Food is outstanding in this place, but if you have a big appetite I would give it a miss, as the enthuses here is defiantly quality not quantity. Waiting staff are really good and look after you well. Prices here are a bit steep so do bring plenty of cash with you. One down side to the cafe is when receiving you're final bill you are hit with a service charge, this is optional but you really do feel like you have to pay it.
Often had a great meal here. Plenty of space, pretty large restaurant. Food option cover a wide range of Italian styled dishes. Drinks menu has the normal selections, beer are limited to a few. Friendly staff. Stone baked pizza's, which gives a more authentic taste.
We there last night as a group of 9 for a friends hen party, the staff were so accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was just amazing, we ordered from the party menu, but it all looked divine and everyone was very pleased with their choices. The atmosphere was really welcoming and relaxed. I would certainly be going back there again soon and will recommend this place. Well done Zizzi and see you soon...
Lovely staff member served us cant remember his name. Good seating & menu is for me is excellent. Only problem NO coffee. For an Italian restaurant not acceptable. Apparently their machine been broken for 8 months !!!! Never the less will go again as food amazing.
Lovely service. The waitress was super accommodating, and rushed our food through and brought us the bill quickly, since we said we were in a rush to catch a train. It was also one of the few places on a Saturday night in Eastbourne that wasn't fully booked, so we were greatful to get a table!
Always a good meal. We used the weekend offer of £15.95 for three courses. There is plenty of choice for all bar the fussiest eater. Makes a nice treat for the weekend that doesn't break the bank.
