Amazing place, cute and vintage little cafe with amazing food. Me and a friend had an afternoon tea there and was delicious and the people there were very friendly. I felt like home.

Fantastic!! Freshly baked scones, Delicious with a perfect texture Overwhelming decor and such character infused with real British culture! I couldn't have askes for better sevice and quality of cakez, sandwiches, tea and fun!
Small, cosy and very interesting. Absolutely full of Dickens-belia a made up word! Fascinating to look around the walls. Refreshments were lovely and quite reasonably priced. Toilet is accessable via steep, narrow stairs which may be challenging for some. Cash only payment.
We go here for a great cup of tea and a choice of homemade cakes and a fantastic apple crumble with ice cream. Went in May and also end of July. We are going again at the end of August.

Dickens Tea Cottage is a wonderful experience. The walls are full of interesting items. Lovely staff, very helpful. The menu is full of delightful meals. I had the omelette with salad and chips. It was excellent and very tasty. Wonderful puds. Good old fashioned service at it's best. 10 out of 10

Lovely quaint T rooms..amazing decor. Food was excellent..cakes were amazing. Had warmed ginger cake..Best ever. Staff were so friendly and attentive..will be back.🍰🍰
Best cafe in Eastbourne! I regularly visit for cream teas, cakes, breakfasts and their fabulous roast dinners on a Sunday. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely place! Wonderful atmosphere and felt like stepping back in time. The service was very friendly and and welcoming and the scones and tea were fantastic! We also had a ham and cheese toastie which was good but not the best we've had! The scones stole the show for us! Well worth a visit
