Been to this nice Indian restaurant located in the seaside town of Eastbourne, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful ambiance and the melodious Bollywood music playing in the background. It was clear that this restaurant has put a lot of effort into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their customers.
Of course, the most important aspect of any restaurant is the food, and I was not disappointed. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries or milder dishes, there's something for everyone here. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and the butter naan bread, which were both incredibly delicious.
But what really sets this restaurant apart is the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure that my dining experience was enjoyable. I was especially impressed that they don't take a service charge, which is a rare and refreshing change from many other restaurants.
I just finished eating and wanted to add a positive review. I phoned in an order for the set meal for two (option A) and it was ready earlier than anticipated and waiting for me. It was a lot of food! We had more than enough for two adults and our three year old. To that end, it wasn't spicy so the little one was very happy with the dishes. I would have liked it a bit spicier, if I nitpick, but the flavors were very nice. A wide range of dishes, lots of fresh, good chicken. I can't speak to how authentically Kerala the food was, but we were very satisfied.
Pressed collection by mistake last night and no problem at all, it arrived as hot and tasty as ever a short time later, delivered with a smile.
Kerala Flavours is our favourite Indian - the South Indian/Goan dishes are amazing, but the Indian classics are also great. Food is hot, full of flavour, not greasy, pilau rice is so fluffy!

Great food and service only problem is no alcohol, but a quick trip next door secured some cold beers. Glasses were provided no problem. Worth a visit for good food and large quantities
If you fancy a tasty meal why not trying this restaurant? I tried and really enjoyed. The garlic naan bread and lamb curry are simply delicious. The best Indian restaurant in the town! 💯👍🏼
I recommend everyone in the vicinity of Eastbourne and surrounding areas to visit Kerala and enjoy the flavours.

Needed to find somewhere near our hotel we could eat, relatively late on a Saturday. Luckily we ended up here! Excellent food and some less usual options on the menu. Staff were very friendly and polite. Definitely worth a visit.
A group of us enjoyed a fantastic meal here. Beautifully cooked and so tasty.

Extremely surprised about the last review as this person obviously has a massive chip on his/her shoulder and does obviously not know how incredibly difficult it is to find a great Indian in Eastbourne. We were searching for years and were incredibly disappointed as we could not find London Indian quality in Eastbourne until we finally found this gem. The last review talks about south Indian food..well.. I actually don’t care if it’s south or north or whatever. This is London Indian quality which has never ever disappointed us and we have friends from kingswood, Germany and up north over all the the time and they love it and always ask if we can get a delivery. We have eaten in the restaurant too and the manager and the brother are nothing but friendly and helpful and we absolutely love them. Every time we want to go and eat out, we always end up having an Indian from there instead as it is incredibly flavoursome, only the freshest ingredients and beats everything by portion size and price, especially the set meal is unbeatable! It must be incredibly difficult to please everyone.. especially when this restaurant is so popular but please never ever change! We absolutely love you and your food and everyone we had over agreed. Thank you for saving all the horrible Indian food experiences we had in eastbourne so far!

Just had our first meal at Kerala Flavour, we only chose it because of the positive reviews, we were not disappointed. This was one of the finest Naga curries I have eaten and to top that off, the Keema Nan was out of this world. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive, what more could you ask for! Highly, highly recommend this restaurant, amazing!
Visiting Eastbourne with my missus, fancied a curry and this place was close to the hotel. Seriously good food, great friendly service, nice sized portions. Bring your own alcohol if you want but we were fine with soft drinks. Can highly recommend the cauliflower bhaji . Chicken tikka was a little sweet for me but that's how the lady likes it. I had a bhuna and it was the best bhuna I've ever had. Will be coming back here everytime we visit Eastbourne. Very very good, well done guys 👍
