We ended our stay in Eastbourne by popping along to this cafe for breakfast, and we were glad we made this decision! A local restaurant, the owner Naz, makes you feel so welcome and at home with her friendliness. She sets the tone for what will be a great time at the cafe. We ordered a vegetarian breakfast, avocado on toast (we were able to ask for feta to be added on this) & smoked salmon, egg on toast. We were served by Nadine, who brought the food out promptly, and we have to say, the food was scrumptious! I would most definitely recommend this lovely little spot for breakfast! We also ordered a lemon & Earl Grey cake to take away. It was delicious!

It was excellent and portions are really generous! The place is welcoming, I’ll be back. Lot of choices. Everything is homemade. Prices are reasonable.

Easiest 5* I have given. Exceptional service; good hospitality and delicious food. Lots of food options, prices are also fair and generous amounts of food/drinks given. Also, we decided to take some cake to go and naz gave us some fruits too. Thank you nas and waiter Nadine for your friendly service

This place as the name says is simple and charming at the same time. Lovely staff, great sandwiches and variety of cakes. For anyone who likes pineapple do ask them for fresh pineapple juice which is one of the best I have ever had. I am glad that our hosts recommended this place while we were around.

Found this place for the first tine yesterday. Loved it so much I came back today with my friend. She loved it too. We both had delicious quiche (crust less Mediterranean and cheese & onion) with lovely mixed salad and coleslaw. I enjoyed the big hot chocolate both days, perfect way to warm up on such a wet and windy Dec day. Unfortunately I don't live in Eastbourne, but I'll certainly come back again when next in the town. Great food and friendly staff: it's a great cafe with a good selection of both sweet and savoury treats.

Simply Patisserie. Simply Perfect. Cheerful, friendly, relaxed, family atmosphere. Delicious, fresh, home cooked, colourful, interesting food, shakes and cakes, served with a smile. I wholly recommend this gem of a restaurant to all who visit Eastbourne. And I can't wait to return.

Amazing fresh Mediterranean food - a real pleasant surprise as the name doesn't do justice to all the incredible food - salads / quiche / breakfasts / smoothies / cakes/ moussaka / loads of veggie options etc. We went back for more to take away that very day. Will definitely visit every time we're in Eastbourne.

Love it. The guy here was very nice and kept the café open for a bit longer, I can see why it has such good reviews. The cakes were lovely, but so were the mezze plates. They were all reasonably priced as well. This must be the best café in Eastbourne.

Simply Patisserie is a delightful place to eat and drink with friends, I bring all my friends here and they all rave about the whole experience, extremely reasonable, delicious food, Naz and Sol are so friendly, always make you feel like you are a friend not just a paying customer. It's more like a social club in fact. Julie Akers

Good food and great company here as always but wow, look at this baked mini pumpkin stuffed with a mushroom, cream and spinach sauce. It tasted heavenly!

I enjoyed everything I ate. Only the earl grey tea wasn't the best. I will repeat the visit anyway.
