Great place to stay. Rooms fine, but not luxurious. Food is excellent and locals 😍. If you're looking for posh, go somewhere else. If you want to enjoy true Yorkshire hospitality, this is the place for you. Nice spot by the river for walking or just watching the world go by.

What a gem of a pub, staff ever so friendly, reasonably price drinks (soft & non alcoholic- dry January). And such a great selection of cask ales too.

The owners past & present have always delivered a high standard of hospitality and brilliant service. The food is always great value for money. My only suggestion is to add Hunters
I was visiting the area and a local gave me nudge about calling at the Cove Bridge Inn. And I new as soon as I walked into the rear garden that this was a hidden treasure as virtually every tale was taken.
The beer garden is very picturesque as it nestles on the riverbank beside the bridge.
