After a long tiring day at Hampton Court palace, we stumbled upon The Albion Pub. The first impression was the white cute building- the cottage look with chimneys and plants in the the old fashioned Windows- it all seemed very cozy village style and inviting.
The pub gets packed with local and friendly crowds. The hospitality is kind & down to earth with honest and hearty pub food style and reasonable prices.
We had a great time watching the England Vs Australia soccer match and spent at least 3 hours there without realizing!!
Fun experience, good food, good people and awesome vibe.
A group of four on a day trip to Hampton court palace. We booked a table before the day and in the late afternoon arrived at the Albion for dinner. We were very pleased with our choice as the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent with a good variety. The only downside was the television with the rugby that started after we were eating was too loud so we struggled having a conversation .
Great little place to stop in after visiting Hampton Court. Lots of outdoor table space. Nice lunch sandwhich special offer. Bar staff was very patient and accommodating person.
Wine list is also good.
I love this little pub.
At nights it becomes quite lively with the locals. Really nice atmosphere.
Took my Nan and Aunty to lunch.
We had the calamari and pie and cod washed down with a bottle of Malbec.
It was absolutely beautiful. We cleaned the plates. Even my Nan finished everything (and that’s unusual)
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Also stopped by for a quick lunch. Had a glass of rosé and Scotch Egg. Ended up having seconds, wished I could have had thirds 😋
Went there for some Saturday drinks. Rugby was on so was too busy and loud. Thankfully when the game was over we had some fun. There was a Beatles tribute event and the singer was FANTASTIC. Beers a bit pricy ...
Thank you Verity and team for a wonderful Saturday afternoon! Great food, friendly staff and a win in the football!
I spent a wonderful few hours chatting away with my best friend on the lovely comfy red sofa at The Albion. There was a chatty fun atmosphere around us, music 🎶 played at a good level for chut chat. We didn't eat but the food looked good.
We stopped off on our walk of The Thames Path for lunch. A typical high street bar/restaurant with well spaced tables around a central bar. Two cask ales on offer and the first sampled was good, the second excellent. Service a little slow at times as only one person front of house. Food choice good and well cooked.
Although I didn’t eat here I did thoroughly enjoy the chilled out ambience. I pleasantly passed a couple of hours whilst listening to some wonderful music in a very nice environment. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return. 10/10
Lovely friendly service and a decent pint.
This pub is a gem located right in the centre of the East Molesey/ Hampton Court area. A cosy traditional pub that serves an intriguing range of tastes. The drinks range is good, t
he wine list extensive. The staff are all friendly, efficient and very welcoming. All in all this makes the pub a delight to visit. I shall definitely be back and fully recommend it
