Amazing hotel in a beautiful location right across from beautiful Bushy Park and Hampton Court. The rooms were spacious and spotless with really nice decor - we loved the quirky art work. Breakfast had a great choice of cooked to order dishes as well as cereals and pastries etc in a buffet. The bar
I just fall in love with this place and location. The food is amazing! Also very friendly staff members! We had a great conversation and definitely will come back 🤍
I only went in for a quick cider and bothered a gent who later turned out to be on his break for a lighter. He went to the ends of earth to find one for me. Tall with short black hair - five stars for his help :)
Stopped in for lunch with friends. Have lived nearby all my life, but have not been before. Had a selection of snacks to share. Calling what we had 'snacks' doesn't do the food justice. It was all really nice, and quantity wise, easilly enough to class as a main meal. The host was great too. Very fr
The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem . Hotel immaculate. Good choice of food on the menu. The food was very nice.
We stayed for one night in a very comfortable room. The staff (Rachel, Gertrude and Cally) were helpful and accommodating, particularly appreciated as we were with our young son. Breakfast was excellent. The location is right across from Bushey Park is convenient and pleasant - road noise is inaudib
Wonderful experience. Had a meal here with my father who is in a wheelchair and the staff were attentive and incredibly accommodating. Made us feel very much at home and the food was superb too. Would highly recommend.
Had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Hotel, the staff were so friendly and polite it was so welcoming. The local area was stunning when it eventually stopped raining! The room I stayed in was cosy, very clean and had the most beautiful furniture and amenities. Would 100% recommend for anyone trying
Located near Hampton court palace, I have passed this hotel many times but never been in so thought I’d give it a try. Sadly there was a full on christening party going on inside and I felt like a gate crashed, even in the bar, so I quickly bought a wine and sat outside. The bar/ restaurant area loo

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Good range of teas and coffees in room and dressing gowns were a nice touch. We stayed after Hampton Court food festival and location was great, with only a 5 minutes walk. Excellent food for dinner and br
Delicious food, incredible staff, everything in the rooms is finished to a very high standard. History oozes out of this incredible hotel. Definitely worth trying out the restaurant or escaping for a romantic getaway.
We organised a party here for 40 people, and it was a great experience. In particular, the food and staff were terrific. They were very accomodating in the run up and during the event, particularly given the amount of toddlers we had running about! Would highly recommend, the sticky toffee pudding w
Went for Sunday lunch ,roast beef & Yorkshire pud the best l have had for a long time. My wife had the roast lamb which was delicious. Compliments to the chef who you never get to see but can make a visit memorable. Can't forget the staff Georgia and sharika who were both so helpful and extremely
A beautiful hotel insde and out. Very near to Hampton Court Palace. Rooms exceptionally clean with everything you need. The restaurant food was lovely although my dish sizes varied greatly. Salad dish was enormous. Fish dish normal. The panna cotta dessert was exceptionally small although tasty. T
From the moment we got to the hotel to breakfast the next day, what an absolutely beautiful place, with a warm welcome and fantastic service. Especially from the Day manager who was excellent, welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much for giving us time and the delicious coffee with breakfast.
Claudia and the team were so welcoming and helpful for our social occasion this afternoon. There were far more of us than I'd expected (45 maybe) and yet everything went brilliantly. Will choose this lovely pub - with outside seating too - above others locally because staff so lovely. Thank you.
Lovely hotel, staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room was really nice and spotless as was the whole hotel. Food was lovely, bar had nice atmosphere and outside area for enjoying a drink in the sun was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.
Had a Sunday meal on a hot summers day with family. The food, Roast Beef, very good and Salted Caramel Chocolate dessert, excellent too. Staff were great. Will definitely visit again!
