Dropped in as I was passing for a coffee and cake, somehow my choice of oder changed very much to my satisfaction with the tasty cooked breakfast. Great place, good chat with the staff and the locals (Jane ??? and her mum) albeit I was a stranger, very relaxed warm atmosphere. Definitely an eatery to revisit. Thanks for the hospitality

We only went in by chance, fire's on, 4 elderly ladies with a dog sitting around a table, who have been in the village of East Linton, all of their lives. The ladies advised me that the hairdressers was the best place for gossip in the village. Votadini has everything in and it is a place to be. Very good menu and friendly staff. It felt like I was visiting a friend instead of being in a cafe. I would recommend for you to order from the menu and start a conversation with the locals. You will learn things. Amazing toilet! Big portions, value for money and there were nothing processed. Plenty of vegetarian options. I would highly recommend.

Great wee cafe with very affordable food and a tasty selection of cakes. Lots of tables available and even a cosy fire which was appreciated after our frosty morning walk! Very friendly to kids (they have special little chairs) and dogs.

Lovely little coffee shop set in the village of East Linton. Very comfortable. Friendly staff (and locals), nice coffee and snacks, and a delightful wood stove in the corner that somehow made the hot chocolate taste even better!

Arrived at East Linton at 16.05 this aftrn, after a long drive, desperate for coffee & cake. Came across this wee cafe & delighted to see that still opened & more importantly that they allowed dogs to come in, exactly what we needed !! Service was delightful, speedy & the coffee & cakes were gorgeous. Don't drive past this wee gem when you are next in East Linton or indeed on the A1 within the area.
