Went for pudding and coffees and ended up buying a pizza aswell tbh i was shocked with the service from Michael and olivia so good to actually be served by people who are good at there job and actually care. And the pudding we got was amazing ill be brining my friends for use didn't even know montery jacks was in ek shopping centre but this will be my place to go every time om in for sure was defo worth it, very chilled atmosphere, if there was one thing I would say tho it was very cold but so worth it
Fantastic evening with family at the pre opening event,food was amazing and there is a reason they have won best burger for 3 years running,the burgers were delicious,cocktail menu is great and the staff go above and beyond to do everything to make sure you are satisfied,definitely worth a visit if you haven’t already and you won’t be disappointed,well done team Montetey jacks you were amazing ❤️
My nephew and I had lunch here last Friday and he really enjoyed it - especially the oreo milkshake. Portions are huge and staff are friendly. Great service especially from Matt 👍
Quiet but amazing! The staff are super friendly and polite. The food was beyond amazing same goes with the milkshakes 🤤

Absolutely fantastic waitress we had tonight. Her name was Amy who interacted so well with our little baby, he absolutely adored her. What a fantastic waitress and a credit to the company. We will be back with hopes that she is our server next time also. Thank you Amy for your positive energy and shared love of dinosaurs. The food was fabulous. Well worth the money.

It’s shut down now. Picked up few orders from here never had any issues service could be slow for delivery service. Shame it shut really.
As soon and I walked into the restaurant all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere of the place was lovely. We got our drinks served to us within less than 5 minutes and the food was amazing it was brought out 15 minutes after ordering overall I recommend everyone to go to Monterey jacks
I’ve been at Monterey Jacks in EK a few times since it has been open and have always had a fantastic experience. There is always something for everyone and my mum and I loved sharing a hotdog and the chicken and waffles! Service is always fantastic. Great addition to the hub in EK (god knows it needed it!). Will be back
New menu is really good and staff are always so helpful. However I feel they might be a little understaffed at times as always seems to be just a couple running the whole floor themselves and I can’t imagine how stressful that must be.
